“First time here and tried the Biscoff latte with full sweetness and less sweet. I was very pleased with both. I tried both due to the awesome customer service. The full sweetness was not overpoweringly sweet and good for my weekly latte indulgence. The less sweet version is great for my daily dose of coffee with subtle flavors of biscoff and cream. You can taste the quality of the Arabica beans. Look forward to trying more from their menu.“

“Not one of my favorite place, but the coffee is good. I found another coffee place that’s so much better but the coffee was OK. Customer service was great but there’s no parking that’s the toughest challenge but overall I did give them a 5 Stars for the customer service.“

“Huge pastries and fantastic coffee! I ordered a cappuccino & banana bread and it was just right! Lots of bike gear and they always have a live bike race playing on their TV. A few tables for seating inside. I highly recommend this place!“

“My favorite place in Uptown Whittier! Great for a quick bite or cup of coffee, and unique gifts in the shop. If you're lucky, you can get a parking spot right out in front, but usually won't need to park more than a block away on the busiest days. The staff are all super nice, too.“

“Ok, this place is amazing…they do stuff other cafes don’t, like put coffee ice cubes in your drink so it doesn’t get watered down. They also have amazing drink items and food items that are literally all on-point. Try their phat cookies too which are so underpriced it’s redic - the plug got nothing on these… the owner is always experimenting too and totally open to feedback, true Whittier community member and spot!“

“This is the place you should be going to instead of the big name places, they put love into their drinks. The food is amazing and so damn flavorful. The abuelitas cold foam is my favorite drink on the menu. I've tried the other drinks too and I loved every one of them. I highly recommend trying this place out, you won't be mad.“

“I tried the London Fog iced latte and it was totally worth it. It wasn't too sweet and wasn't too bitter either. There was the perfect creaminess with it as well and it blended with the tea very nicely. At first I was skeptical seeing it in a flower shop, but after trying it I was impressed and I would love to get it again.“

“I’ll be coming here for years and it’s always been top-notch. Some of the freshest donuts I’ve ever had came from this place.

Fresh coffee every day and the customer service is top-notch. This is my go to place when I want something sweet and in the need of a coffee.

They also have food breakfast and lunch sandwiches. People come here frequently to get water and the water station is very clean and well-maintained. They also have two front parking spaces dedicated for loading water to your vehicle.“

“Wow, the taste was amazing - both the pho and the cucumber lemonade. The pho was richly and deeply flavored and was satisfying while still being bright and fresh feeling. The service was very prompt, friendly and helpful - the server understood my not liking overly sweet drinks and recommended the cucumber lemonade as refreshing while still having sweetness. It was, indeed, refreshing and sweet - perfectly balanced flavors. The server also wisely suggested we package the noodles and broth of our leftovers seperately. I almost never eat out, but I would if I lived near Soup Shop.“

“I was in the area for work and realized nothing close to here is open before 8am... I was VERY HAPPY to find Winchell's and get some donuts before my workday started.

I popped in here very early one day, the cases were loaded with donuts and pastries. GREAT selection. I ordered 1/2 dozen with a variety in case my coworkers also had trouble finding food. I was also excited to see they had donut holes - glazed only. I ordered 1 to eat as an instant snack! It was delicious! I later ended up eating a chocolate long john and a blueberry cake donut and both were really good. I liked that they have a lighter texture versus heavy and the frosting was tasty.

There is some street parking and a very small lot. The lot is not well lit overnight so know that. There is some seating inside. Service was good, but we did have a language difference and so questions weren't able to be answered.

I would stop by here again and will definitely get a bag of the donut holes next time :)“

“I stopped by this Yum Yum Donuts location around 5:30 AM for a quick morning pick-me-up because it's a nice, convenient spot to pull into.
I ordered a coffee with cinnamon and a pastry, which came out to around $7 a pretty reasonable price for a quick breakfast combo. The pastry was a good standard treat, but the coffee left a little to be preferred. In my opinion, it tasted a bit weak and watered down; I think the flavor could definitely be improved to give it more of a punch.
Overall, it’s a perfectly fine and accessible place to visit if you are in a rush and need a fast bite, but the coffee itself is just average.“
