I like the environment. Good. I like the manners. Good. AC not too cold like ay other locations😁 not a bad thing. The taste on the drinks may vary just a bit. Not a big deal to me. I would say diabetic friendly. 👍. It's my second time here. I'll keep coming back to check.

The workers are often super nice and helpful, with some employees providing remarkable service and having the best attitude and personality. The drinks are great, and the food is decent. However, the coffee can be great or just okay depending on who makes the drinks. On weekend mornings, it is crazy busy, which means they prioritize the drive-thru, making walk-ins wait very long for orders. Some customers were disappointed that after a remodel, the couches are gone, outlets are blocked, and tables are small, discouraging people from staying. A customer also had an issue when a worker said no to a free tea refill on a medicine ball, though another worker fixed the problem.
