“A spot right on the corner in uptown Whittier. My husband and I were walking down the street and didn't know what to eat. Whittier is home away from home. We used to live nearby and take in all our favourite foods. We happen to be in the area and see all the updated shops and restaurants. We decided to try something new and We were so glad we did. Teriyaki Bistro was so welcoming when we walked in. We chose our option of plate/bowl and our toppings. I thought the toppings were a fun little treat. We waited less than 10 min for our food and ate downstairs. The restaurant was clean and had everything you needed. The restroom is located inside that needs a key. Don't worry you can't lose the key... It's attached to a metal serving spoon ?Save some room for dessert. They have ice cream sandwiches.“

“I had the chicken Teriyaki plate and it was very good!! I asked the guy taking my order if it was good and he said it was popular. Everything Rice, chicken AND the veggies were so good. This will be my new go to place. Customer service was friendly and I didnt have to wait long. I'm now looking forward to trying their Ramen and chicken and California Rolls which I heard are good.“
“If you're looking for delicious sushi and pho in Whittier, Pho & Roll is the place to go! The Crunch Roll is a must try but their other sushi rolls are just as tasty. If you're in the mood for something warm and comforting, the beef pho is a great choice. The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere and friendly staff. Highly recommend!“

“First time here, I ordered the Beef and Shrimp Bowl. It’s a LARGE portion and I thought it was tasty. They gave me two side sauces, one teriyaki sauce and one sauce for my shrimp. I loved the shrimp, I wished it came with more than three. The beef and brown rice was delicious. Customer service was on point and the atmosphere was nice inside. My order was to go. I will definitely come back to taste other items.“
“The first thing I want to say is that my server, Christian, was AMAZING! He went above and beyond on serving my food. He kept on asking if the portions were enough, which is something I dont get asked enough from places as such. He was super polite, gave the best answers to my questions, and always mentioned options when most others would have just given what I asked for. The food was spot on the best Poke I've ever had! Finally, the price was just right for what I was getting, and the restaurant was super well kept and clean! I HIGHLY recommend this spot, and if Christian is serving you make sure to leave a nice tip!“
“I am so thankful for the Koya team. There was a problem with my order, which I later realized was my mistake. They went above and beyond and did everything they could to help me, even after I realized that it was my mess up and let them know. They are incredibly sweet and I can't wait to support them again with my business. The food was wonderful too. I have been going to Koya since it opened, though admittedly a little less than usual since I moved. Their food has been consistently great throughout the Pandemic and beyond. I would highly recommend the AYCE sushi and the seafood plate.“

“First visit here. Absolutely loved it. The albacore sashimi should really be renamed a carpaccio. Thinly sliced premium seared albacore with a tangy delicious ponzu sauce. With more than 10 slices, it's the perfect delicacy to share with someone special. Everything else here was super fresh and tasty. The ambience is dark & comfy and the customer service was friendly, quick & efficient. I found my new favorite spot for sushi.“
