“This place was delicious! My boyfriend always comes here and it never disappoints. This was my first time here and I have nothing bad to say , the food was very flavorful and fresh . I got the Cajun plate my bf got the coco tempura roll along with a California roll . They have self served sauces on the side which are very good as well. The dining area is clean and pretty spacious the tables come with sriracha and soy along with utensils and napkins. Over all it was a great meal , I recommend.“

He even gave us his honest opinions on a lot of stuff which helped spend the best money on Chubby Cattle. I highly recommend coming here for the food, since all the meat was super good, cooked tenderly by the cooks if it comes pre cooked, the prices are good, and especially, coming here for our server Kevin.“

“Bento boxes are of great quality here. The attention to detail of this curated meal definitely lets your eyes feast first. All the little sides taste amazing, especially the candied sweet potatoes. The vegetables alternate between sweet and salty to balance out the meal. The Scottish salmon and mackerel are cooked to perfection. The little yolk in the rice also adds a nice touch to mix in and eat.“

“One of the freshest—if not the best—sushi marketplaces in town! Yama Sushi Marketplace is a small shop that is always packed with locals looking to satisfy their sushi cravings, and after my first visit, I can definitely see why.

The store offers an impressive selection of Japanese goodies, including ramen, condiments, fresh sashimi, and a wide variety of sushi rolls. There are so many options and combinations to choose from. If you are looking for sashimi, head to the back of the store where they have conveniently packaged fish sold by the pound, and they will happily slice it for you. Or, if you are in a hurry, you can grab their freshly made sushi rolls from the refrigerators.

On my visit, I picked up ahi tuna, salmon, and yellowtail sashimi, along with California rolls and tuna rolls. Every piece of fish was incredibly fresh with a buttery texture and amazing flavor. The quality of the fish and the perfectly seasoned sushi rice were so good that I barely needed any soy sauce or wasabi.

Their wagyu cuts are 100% top-grade and not just random "wagyu" that are below the marks. We tried their A5 and M9 meats, not to mention their salmon carpaccio that is to die for. Their sides are absolutely delicious and smart, one great example is their fried pork buns that is like a spin on soup dumplings. To top it off, you get premium ice cream in the end. Their salad is so good with yuzu and smokey salt, plus you get a chili mix too. “Stopped by ATO Handroll Bar on our drive back to Vegas from California and honestly… such a hidden gem. We came in about an hour before closing and still had a great experience. Rodolfo was our sushi chef and not only were the handrolls very good, but the whole place was super clean and had a really calm vibe. I order sat down , 5 mins later the food arrived. A good pho must have a good broth , it was ok ,I give it 3/5 the pho noodles was right on the money , but will say to a bit more noodles lol feel like it had a bit less or maybe I ate it fast and I didn't notice it 😂😂😂 the beef was nice and tender but also feel like it was a bit of beef 😂 who knows 😏 didn't taste that much spices on the broth. Or maybe this is how they make there pho broth. Overall 4/5 because I still enjoyed it ,the Thai tea was good also wasn't that sweet like other place they give you Thai tea and it felt like it was Thai tea leaf not that podwer Thai tea. “Roll & Teriyaki is a good local spot for delicious, fast-casual Japanese food at affordable prices. The quiet and clean dining area will accommodate small groups or solo diners.

The menu boasts Japanese favorites that most people will be familiar with. The value-packed combos are a real treat. I've also enjoyed the chicken and beef teriyaki bowls, as well as the sushi and roll offerings. While they may not offer as many fish varieties as other places, the ones they do have are all fresh and satisfying.

For a small, mom-and-pop restaurant, I'm glad there's a place like this close to home and affordable. The service is good. I've visited many times and the owner is a man of few words. The other staff have been nice as well.
