“We tried the diamond set. The meat quality of the 1st round was really good. But the quality of a5 wagyu was not as good after the 1st round. Sweet shrimp was not that fresh, and the steam egg portion was too big. The wagyu sandwich was not good at all and way too dried. Overall, it was a great experience.“

“I’ve had Gram Cafe in Tokyo and was so excited when I learned LA has a location now. I honestly came in with very low expectations because usually chains that expand overseas never taste as good as the country of origin. However, I was pleasantly surprised by how well made the souffle pancake was! It’s so soft and fluffy. I highly recommend!!“

“Came here on a whim while running errands in the area. The portions here are HUGE. I ordered three specialty rolls - tempura Cali, hungry man, and the spider roll. The server said “It’s a lot of food, are you sure?” And I was like “Pffft. Challenge accepted. I haven’t eaten today.”DUDE. She was not kidding! As soon as I saw the first roll come out I knew I was in trouble. I think I still made a sizable dent (about half of each roll), but as you can see, the to go box is still packed full anyway.The service was fast and my server was very sweet. “I've been coming here for a long time and let me say - one of my FAVORITE go-to's in the area. The furikake ahi I crave at least once a month! I haven't ordered a bad item from here, and they always come for decent prices and a small, family-run vibe. There was ONE time where my food was late, and they gave me some desserts to apologize. I cannot recommend this place enough!“

“I was extremely sad that the sushi place in the montebello mall closed down. I came here and saw a lot of the same workers! The sushi was 11/10, ambience was 11/10 and Service was 11/10! But the glass water by itself was not so great to be honest.3 lemonade $7.50.Dinner combo was $16.95The food was was very good. I appreciate the service here.“
