This is a no-frills simple traditionally Ramen. The interior is clean. The atmosphere is very minimalistic. The surf surf great, including just the flavored water that’s given. Not a fan of the fusion items. However the Ramen is solid. Grape flavor, not too oily. Would highly recommend for those who’ve been to Japan and want to have traditional Ramen. This HiroNori Craft Ramen location is a hidden gem with delicious food and excellent service. The restaurant is small with a nice aesthetic, making it best for a small party, and the food is a perfect size. The Tonkotsu is a go-to, and the Shoyu ramen is also very pleasing. Service is impeccable, with staff providing immediate responses to needs. Angelica handled orders smoothly from start to finish, ensuring the ramen arrived hot with rich broth and noodles that held up well. Another staff member provided a really great experience, being super friendly and helpful. Orders are always accurate and delicious. The kindness of the team is also notable, as they allowed a cash payment at a card-only restaurant. Overall, it offers really solid service and consistently amazing experiences.
