Tried this Japanese restaurant called Yume, the quality was honestly comparable to some omakase spots. The 24-piece Samurai Sashimi was super fresh and beautifully presented, especially the creamy uni, buttery yellowtail belly, sweet scallops, and chewy sweet shrimp with crispy fried shrimp heads on the side.
