“Always a pleasure to write a 5 star review, this is definitely worth taking my time because the customer service was above and beyond, food was great and during a hot day it was definitely refreshing to walk in for my lunch.

To comment on portuon its a scoop just like everywhere else, i did see reviews in portion, but they are good, dont let that stray you away from trying this place. I've had poke from all over and definet3worth the drive and worth the try.

“I’ve been to other Ohana’s it’s always been a good meal, this place isn’t any different.I just had 4 spam musubi’s and 2 chicken musubi’s. All were delicious and filling for the lunch hour. I weil suggest “easy rice” for less rice and the chicken/spam were cooked/sauced perfectly.I’d definitely come back and try their other menu items.“

“A legit Hawaiian food spot, I haven't had a good garlic shrimp plate in CA until now (it reminds me of Giovanni's shrimps). Also, I tried their crunchy Gojujang fried chicken and beef ribs and they were delicious. I would definitely recommend these dishes as a first timer here and wash it down with Dole pineapple slushy.“

“Very nice people working here! Three of us came in, had the bbq mix, Korean short ribs and battered shrimp. The beef was a lot of gristle and couldn’t eat it and one piece of chicken was pretty tough. The rice was good, macaroni salad good although unique. The Korean ribs were good. Staff was nice and helpful! $1 to refill your soda on fountain or you can buy can or bottle soda. Interesting concept.“

“Today I was in search for Hawaiian barbecue. I usually go to the loft but today I wanted to try something new and I found this place on yelp. Oh my God, this place was amazing. I got the Hawaiian style poke and seriously so bomb and so fresh. I also got the big beef plate with a short rib for my wife. She fell in love with his place and said we have to go every week now. This place is so good. Customer service was awesome. The ambience had surfboards old pictures seem like I was in Maui. We will definitely be back.“

“I stopped coming here a couple months ago because of the rude cashier and decided to order today. I called to make an order to go and the same cashier Anna answered. She put me on hold and after a minute I heard it hang up, after she left the line busy because it wouldn’t even ring. It’s always the same girl giving us terrible service but that was just the cherry on top. The younger guy cashier was there when I pulled up and honestly saved it he’s very nice otherwise I’d never come back here again. Everyone at my job that comes here said the same thing too.“

“As a combat veteran, I highly recommend. Great food. Great portions. Above that, the owner will go above and beyond for you. On 6/9/2024 I lost my phone but didn’t realize until I got home. I called the location and he immediately looked at his cameras to see if he could locate. To my amaze a homeless person put my phone into their backpack and the owner was able to retrieve for me. When I arrived, the owner handed me my phone. I am grateful and extremely THANKFUL.“

“I LOVE coming here whenever I'm in the area! I got the spicy beef and some spam musubi along with a Thai tea. The spam musubi is to die for, I finished one so quick I was confused where it went ?

The spicy beef was so savory and tasted like home, and the Thai tea tastes legit. They have green tea too which l've had before and is perfect! Sweet but not too sweet.

“This spot is inside a business park so they close at about 1:30pm, but, this is the best poke I have ever had. The poke here set the bar for my other poke restaurant visits.
I like the way you pay for it first then they call your number and you can pack your bowl with extra toppings. It is well worth the price and wait in line!

“This place rocks, I go here generally every couple weeks if I can and the food is always delicious. The teriyaki beef bowl is what I get most often. The meat and rice are well cooked and their sauce is one of the best I’ve had. Their portions are pretty generous and sometimes enough to save for a small meal leftover. I also often get either the kalbi or beef ribs on the side and I love both of those too.
The second you walk in you know the place is legit, there’s the sweet smoke of great barbecue in the air and the people at the counter are always so nice, I’ve never had an issue with service. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone!“

“This is hands down my favorite Poke restaurant in LA. All of the staff are so kind and polite, the ingredients are extremely fresh, and the PORTION SIZES are INSANE! Most Poke places are skimpy on the protein scoops or toppings and sauces, but this place?! These guys hook it up fatter than any other restaurant I have been to, hands down! They even ask you if you want more, or less, or offer to customize your bowl down to every detail you wish! The same sweet ladies are always working there and treat me so well, the way they make my bowls every time are always spot on. I couldn't be happier with the food and service here. You get way more than what you pay for going here, one bowl can last you 2 days because of the amount of food in it. I am a bodybuilder so I have a huge appetite and always get the large sized bowl with as many toppings as I can and they're always happy to oblige to my requests. At arrival we were greeted by 2 guys, then Jose greeted us and seeing that we were really indecisive he offer us various options, but he also recommended their new grill fish aloha. This was my first time eating Hawaiian bbq outside of Hawaii and the chicken was spot on, the ribs were delicious as well, both super tender, juicy and packed with flavor.Never had the beef before and it's just not my taste. Too greasy for me.The meal comes with 2 scoops of regular white rice and a serving of pasta salad.Pasta salad was not as sweet as most places and just a light amount of mayo. Overall decent.The fresh mix side salad comes with a light ginger dressing (yellowish color), that reminds me of the dressings that often are served at sushi spots.For utensils they gave me a spoon and a fork, no knife, which made it inconvenient to eat the large pieces of meat. Also, my fountain drink was missing, but that could've been the Uber drivers fault, so no deduction for that.“
