Mission Viejo Stacks - Terrible Service with an Attitude. Brought us someone else's order twice. Finally correct order showed up. Eggs were delivered first cold. Went to Check on Pancakes 5 Staff Standing Around Talking. Was told Pancakes were coming. After 10 minutes they finally arrived. Other Customers were having Service Problems Too.
Get there! Great breakfasts, coffee, & Portuguese sausage….
Great breakfast Cafe. I've tried the spicy chicken waffle and the breakfast sandwich. They were both so delicious.

Aloha Stacks is a popular breakfast spot in a busy Cerritos plaza, offering a taste of aloha. It is an amazing breakfast spot with an all-day menu. Customers order at the counter and their food is brought right to the table. The line often goes to the door but moves quickly, and the food comes out very fast. The medium-sized space has a decent amount of indoor and some outdoor seating, which can be limited. The inside is decently clean and the restaurant seems nice and clean.
The regular menu has so many great choices, as well as specials on a white board. Everything is delicious and the serving portions are big. Specific recommended dishes include the banana macadamia nut pancakes as an upgrade, the chicken katsu curry with over medium eggs, and the Breakfast Egg Burrito with spam. The breakfast burrito is a solid choice, stuffed with spam, scrambled eggs, cheese, and potatoes, served with chips and salsa and beans. The guava toffee French toast is also highly recommended. Some items, like the French toast, can be a little sour. The ube pancakes look delicious. Protein options include bacon, kalua pork, and Portuguese sausage.
The staff is super friendly, courteous, and very helpful when taking orders, offering tips. The cashier is quick and efficient. The kitchen is accommodating to requests. Empty plates are constantly removed and tables are kept clean.
Parking in the popular plaza can be difficult due to busy traffic. Pricing is considered affordable for some items, like the burrito, while other dishes may seem absurd. Overall, it is a great place with awesome drinks and many customers plan to return to try more of the extensive menu.
