WOW POKE offers a traditional Poke spot experience where customers write their order on a menu sheet. The food itself is good, with fresh fish and toppings that mix together amazingly. The tuna and salmon seemed of good quality, and the price is really great for a small bowl that ends up being so much food. The spicy salmon is recommended. However, there are notable issues. The shrimp was the worst shrimp ever at a Poke place, described as mushy with little shrimp taste, throwing off the entire bowl. Service staff needs improvements, as they answer questions as if the customer is annoying them, talk under their breath, and respond with a dismissive tone, making customers feel uncomfortable for asking basic questions. There were also problems with mobile orders, like forgetting seaweed salad, though the manager called back and made it right. Additionally, portions may have been reduced recently, as one bowl had almost no rice despite getting sushi rice as a substitution. The dining area is decent and clean, but the air conditioning was too cold for some. Overall, a good lunch spot with fresh food but inconsistent service and quality.
