“Mission Viejo Stacks - Terrible Service with an Attitude. Brought us someone else's order twice. Finally correct order showed up. Eggs were delivered first cold. Went to Check on Pancakes 5 Staff Standing Around Talking. Was told Pancakes were coming. After 10 minutes they finally arrived. Other Customers were having Service Problems Too.“

“The food itself was good, but the service could be improved. I don’t expect over-the-top friendliness, but I was made to feel uncomfortable for asking basic questions about the toppings. I was the only customer there at the time, and even after explaining I couldn’t read the labels without my glasses, the responses felt dismissive. At the end, the tip screen was positioned facing the employee, which offered no privacy and made the situation feel awkward given the interaction.“

“Came here a bunch of times and never disappointed. The food is delicious and they give a great amount of it, especially for the price. The only little problem is that it has happened that few times they didn't understand my instructions (just no veggies lol) even though i asked repeatedly. I think is just because English is not the owner's first language, so as long as you make sure they understood you are good to go! I recommend 100%“

“l&L in Cerritos has always been good quality food and customer service. I hate to say, but their spam misubi is even better than local Hawaiian spots near my area. I’ve gotten them to cater my parties several times over the last year and friends and family always comment how good it is compared to other places. I will and have always recommended this specific location“

“Shootz is sooo good. I usually get the katsu chicken sandwich and spam masubi. The portion is kinda big and the quality is consistent. One of the best places to eat at rodeo 39! The chicken sandwich is so crispy and the spam masubi has a crunch at the top which makes it so yummy.“

“This place is awesome. We placed a togo order and sat down - the owner/manager came out with a pitcher of water and cups. He went around asking customers any concerns. People eating breakfast - huge flurry pancakes and lunch
I wanted the chicken pot pie but sold out. Next time will try and come earlier.“

“Been coming here for years, one of my absolute favorite places to eat. Food is amazing, it is cooked properly and always tastes fresh, plus they give really good portions and the menu is reasonably priced. Staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Definitely one of the best Hawaiian BBQ spots in SoCal if not the best.“

“Decided to try this place out . I had pre-ordered ahead of time for pick up. Ordering Platform was a breeze and easy to navigate. I got the island beef ribs and the beef bowl. I was suprised at how many ribs you get and the amount of meat on it for only 18 bucks! It was plastic wrapped down so the package wouldnt leak which was helpful cuz I hate when my food leaks. The flavor of the meat was salty and greasy and that is just how i like my meat to taste. I was impressed. I spent a total of $30 bucks for dinner for myself and my honey. Location was easy to get into and parking was a abundant .“
