“I came in here yesterday with a very special request regarding gluten-free food. The owner was so very kind! He ended up cooking, for my 2 kids and I, a special gluten-free chicken! This is the best chicken I have ever had! It was tender, juicy, and full of flavor! The portions were very generous! We had leftovers that tasted amazing for lunch today! The atmosphere here is like being at your favorite family members' house. I will recommend this place to everyone I meet! Thank you very much for the delicious food! “I heard about this place from some friends of mine who came here to eat. I'm hesitant about eating Hawaiian food because not a lot of people know how to make it even though they own a Hawaiian food restaurant. So I checked it out. I ordered the beef ribs, and it came with Mac salad (no potatoes) and 1 scoop rice and small spinach salad.The beef ribs came out huge but not a lot of meat on them, however very flavorful. My wife ordered the poke and you could tell that it was fresh, it was very good. They had a few different types. She had ordered the Calhi poke . A lot of times, it depends on who is cooking. We totally enjoyed it, the day we went, so do you wanna check out a Hawaiian food place?Try this place out,it may surprise you.“
“I ordered two bowls for pick up and was impressed with the quality. The bowls were filled and I felt like we got a good amount of food for the price. Nothing was laking, unlike other poki places in the city. This is a nice spot for a quick and fresh meal.“
“They've made many changes and it definitely seems cleaner than before. They added some more modern items like a digital menu board and tv s which they usually have sports playing. All in all still great BBQ chicken I always get the same thing so I can't speak to all the food. I dine here often and they are usually busy when I'm there so I'm definitely not the only one that loves the food! I would suggest calling ahead if ordering to go it can take a while to get your food.“
“The hype is real. Owner is great, staff are nice, and food is delicious. Ordered volcanoe chicken bowl, teriyaki chicken with veggies, and tropical orange chicken plate. Found a new favorite rice bowl place :) Come early though. Seating is limited and when there's a dinner rush, thats an understatement. We'll be coming back again.“
