“The place is small but don't let that fool you! The menu is huge. The portions are so big they use tape to help keep containers closed. The flavor.....UNMATCHED, Island Beef Ribs and Poke is what we got and both were amazing.
Poke is just as if you were in the island! Amazingly good, they sell out fast so get there early. Sure there's other Poke places around but they are so artificial and processed like store bought Poke.

The staff is so friendly! They're helpful if you have questions and is always with a smile! Love them.

“Everything is absolutely excellent ! The quality of the food, the service, and the lovely lady at the counter who took the time to advise us and help us choose. The last time I had sushi this good was at Tsunami in Tampa, Florida!

My sister and I loved it so much that we came back three times in the same week. We absolutely had to check whether it was really that good or whether the first time had just been a lucky day.. And yeah, it was just THAT good and perfect every single time! 😂

I wish theyi had several locations across the United States so I could eat there wherever I travel. It will definitely be our first stop whenever we’re back in the LA area and have a little downtime from our business. Amazing food, consistent quality, and wonderful service. I highly recommend it! “Came in for takeout yesterday and we were pleasantly impressed! We ordered: 2 bowls with scallops, albacore, spicy tuna and yellowtail. Of the other local poke places, we’ve never had yellowtail be offered. The fish and toppings all tasted so fresh…It was also so nice that on one of the bowls he mixed it all together vs, trying to mix it in the car and risk losing some very important pieces. So, we’re so happy to have found a new local poke spot! Thank you!“

“Waited approximately one hour to be seated. Spoiker: it was well worth that wait. I ordered the tonkatsu ramen and pork buns. I can't decide which part was better, the noodles or the broth! The pork buns were priced just right at $8 for 2. Some of the best I've had. You are all so lucky to have such a wonderful ramen bar in your community. I am from Maine and will be sure to stop by this establishment every chance I get once I am in town.“

“I've been coming here for the past two years since returning to school nearby. For the price, the poke bowls are definitely worth it—the portions are generous and satisfying.
The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the rice isn't always consistent. Being Asian, I definitely know my rice! 😂 Other than that, it's in a convenient location, the service is usually fast, and it's been one of my go-to spots.“

“Best eel rice plate we've had in OC so far ✨

Between that and their service, it's why we keep coming back. We live nearby and like to come in when I have a craving for their eel rice plate. I don't know what it is about their eel. It's better than some excellent sushi I've had and I would consider buying it if they put it in the menu a la carte.

My partner gets the Build Your Own plate. Sometimes we get a macaron ice cream. Sometimes we get a drink. It depends on our mood, but either way, it's always solid.“

“Been coming here and it’s great experience every time. Food is fresh as always, the serving size is just right and well proportioned compared to the other poke places. The server was sweet but could probably speak a little slower and louder 😉. The place could also use a less aggressive cleaner use to wipe down the surfaces because it has such a strong scent. Just a suggestion 😊“

“Great little poke bowl place. I'd go pretty much anywhere to try a good bowl, and I'm glad this place is close at hand, because it's become my favorite.

The interior is small but clean. The portions are generous, they usually have a nice deal going on, and they don't hold back with the toppings. Toppings are always fresh, fish tastes great, spam musubi is big and yummy, and plenty of sauces.

There's a little cooler with canned and bottled drinks you can choose from (I usually grab the green or jasmine tea), as well as a miso soup + fountain beverage station.

Service is always friendly. I love stopping by here after work; and I always leave full and looking forward to the next time.“

Good variety of toppings and generous portions; the large was hard for me to finish and I eat A LOT. We ordered 2 large half/half bowls and one small (no drinks) each bowl included an upcharge for premium toppings and the total cost was just over $60. Extremely delectable lunch meal; we would definitely eat here again.“

He was like joy and sunshine in human form, and something about this place felt so calming. I went from hangry meltdown in the car to totally fine within minutes of being inside. The employee was so friendly and kind that all my hangry rage melted away. Completely impressed. I ordered the poke bowl, and it was incredible. “Came when it wasn't busy. Shared a large poke bowl between the 2 of us which was plenty of food. We ordered salmon, tuna, albacore, and tempura shrimp as our proteins and liked that they offered seaweed salad, mango, mandarin, tamago, edamame, ginger, smelt egg as toppings.
It was a little warm when we stayed indoors to eat. They also had outdoor seating.“

“I come here often since it's near my work. I really wanted to post this review so I can show everyone how great my bowl looked. I got a small bowl but the worker packed it so well. Chef's kiss! The service here is fast. Even if they are working on online orders, they make sure to tend to the customers in person first. Everyone is sweet too and they give you extra sauce in the side if you ask.

I've eaten inside a few times too and the ambiance is fine. Definitely recommend if you are so the area“

“Great service, My friends and I come from Germany, and our English is so so, most of this I had to use Google Translate. However, there was a kind young lady who was able to help us in German with a name something along the lines of Jessi, and she was very helpful, especially for my friends who can't really speak English well. So I wanted to give credit, and the food was great.“

They don’t mix the sauce with the protein, they put it on top. I tried the wasabi cilantro sauce on the side and it was good.
