“I come here often since it's near my work. I really wanted to post this review so I can show everyone how great my bowl looked. I got a small bowl but the worker packed it so well. Chef's kiss! The service here is fast. Even if they are working on online orders, they make sure to tend to the customers in person first. Everyone is sweet too and they give you extra sauce in the side if you ask.

I've eaten inside a few times too and the ambiance is fine. Definitely recommend if you are so the area“

“I didn't get the owners name, but she was out working just like anyone else would and she was so nice and inviting, which is rare these days. The food is excellent! Extremely fresh tasting and they have some unique sauces that other poke shops don't! Definitely give this place a chance if you haven't!“

Between that and their service, it's why we keep coming back. We live nearby and like to come in when I have a craving for their eel rice plate. I don't know what it is about their eel. It's better than some excellent sushi I've had and I would consider buying it if they put it in the menu a la carte.

My partner gets the Build Your Own plate. Sometimes we get a macaron ice cream. Sometimes we get a drink. It depends on our mood, but either way, it's always solid.“

“Sushi was incredibly fresh. The rich, fatty flavor of the salmon belly filled my mouth with every bite. The nori had the perfect texture which was neither soggy nor too tough to chew and still carried a great flavor. Even the ginger tasted fresh. This is definitely going to be my go-to place from now on.“

Got a 2 protein poke bowl with 2 scoops of salmon. I asked for half rice and half salad, but wow there's a LOT of rice. My brother didn't mind since he likes rice, but I was a bit peeved. (EDIT: Oh, also the poke bowl is drowned in sauce. My brother loves eel sauce so he was glad, but just letting other customers know!)

The staff behind the counter was nice and was patient with me while I was asking my brother for the toppings and sauces that he wanted in his poke bowl. Sorry I took so long, at least there was no one in the store!

“I loved this place when it was Tokyo teriyaki. Even when they changed their name to Poke Yaki, they still sold their original teriyaki menu in addition to the poke. Well, the days of that teriyaki chicken bowl with fried shrimp are over, and its too bad because they had the best teriyaki in town. Their poke, however, is quite excellent, but ill never go back because they gave up on a good thing for something else I dont want as much.

Very good portions at Mr. Poke. I got 3 scoops of salmon for my half brown rice, half salad poke bowl, with all toppings, and all sauces. It was actually a lot of food and I could only finish half. I didn't want to leave it for the next day, so my mom ate the other half. I guess since I got it via Doordash, I did not get the miso soup.

Especially when it is so savory and refreshing. The prices are shocking for how high quality their food is. Regarding prices, this place has the best seafood out of every single seafood place I have tried in all of Orange and in general. The variety of food is good, the small place is cute, I love the decorations, they are welcoming and their lighting is pretty, it is cozy. The people are always so kind when taking your order. When there is no one, your food comes quickly, very fast for the amount of workers.“

“If you’re looking for freshly cooked food, stop here. This place is a little shop hidden in a shopping center. It wasn’t crowded on a Saturday afternoon about noon when I entered. The gentleman immediately asked if I wanted to order while he put together another order. As I reviewed the menu, I ordered chicken bowl and some soup. The food took a little bit of time to get but I was okay knowing that my food was cooked to order. The gentleman did mention that I could call it in before picking up. The price was about $14 to $16 per item and we got it to go. The food was extremely hot so be careful handling. The only thing I would look to change would ask for the teriyaki sauce be separated as the rice soaked up the sauce leaving my chicken a bit dry…. but still tasty. They even give you little candies and I also received a punch card for future orders which was fun and will be returning.“

Food was solid no doubt but let’s be real employees like Josh are what actually keep people coming back. You can get food anywhere. Service like that that’s rare.

“I have recently grown to really like poke and I've been testing out places around the Fullerton-Placentia area. PokeCo and Pokeworks are both really good, but they are decently pricey. This place offers essentially the same options but at 3-4 dollars less, which is a lot for a simple lunch food! The Poke I got was tasty with sizable portions. The young lady that served me (I wish I would've asked for her name, but she had a few tattoos, maybe latina, with honey blonde hair and spoke in a sweet soft voice) was super helpful about picking my options.
