When I first started taking the salmon bowl to go, I asked to substitute the salad portion for spinach only and the manager said that was fine. Christopher is his name and he also said they do take cash as long as it is the exact amount being paid. He said his staff was getting that wrong telling me only credit cards were accepted. Waited approximately one hour to be seated. Spoiker: it was well worth that wait. I ordered the tonkatsu ramen and pork buns. I can't decide which part was better, the noodles or the broth! The pork buns were priced just right at $8 for 2. Some of the best I've had.
You are all so lucky to have such a wonderful ramen bar in your community. I am from Maine and will be sure to stop by this establishment every chance I get once I am in town.
I'm afraid to say how much I love this place for fear it will get even harder to get in! ..but definitely the best ramen I have ever tasted! going to be hard to eat ramen anywhere else from now on!

HiroNori Craft Ramen, founded by Hiro Igarashi and Nori Akasaka, is a cozy, hole in the wall joint that serves quality food with heartfelt service. The restaurant has a small design with fresh roses outside in a small garden. Be prepared to wait, but the line moves pretty quickly. The staff is nice, attentive, and genuine, though some evenings they may seem a bit understaffed. The food is amazing and filling. The tonkatsu ramen has plenty of flavor in the broth, and the vegan ramen is a good, lighter option. The fried chicken is really good with a perfect batter, coming out piping hot. The crispy rice with spicy tuna is good and standard. The pork buns are not recommended, as there is no char on the pork belly. The tonk ramen is highly recommended. The restaurant is a bit difficult to find as it is inside a business type looking building, and there are no restrooms inside. The office entrance door can be a nuisance. It is not a fancy, upscale restaurant, but a dependable spot that sticks to its standards.
