Small ramen menu, recommended the spicy tuna rice. Only I do not like is their location. Have to wait outside the building until someone open the door for you. Also, they add 16.16% service charge in the bill. Have no problem with that since their service is not bad.

I love this location. It is very easy to find a parking and much less crowded compared to the one in Irvine. Please note that they don accept cash and they charge a service fee instead of tipping.

Our server was tin! He was very kind, easy to talk to, and attentive. Location is a bit hidden on the left side of the building and you may have to ring the doorbell on the stand outside the double doors. We enjoyed the new vegan gyoza as well as the delicious tonkotsu ramen with pork belly. We’ve visited about 5 of their locations and food always delivers. This one is a bit smaller compared to the others but just as busy. Come give it a try!

Online says operating hours are 11-3, 5-10Drove 40 minutes, arrived at 2:50 and told we are closed and cannot serve me.If you truly close your kitchen at 2:45 then post that on your website. Just like your parking directions, true operating hours are important too.

consistently good can get crowded they don’t take reservations love the dim lights but the space could be bigger there’s normally a wait list that doesn’t work really well to keep track of it onlineParking: location in orange is in a office building kinda random and they have to come open the door that’s kinda annoying you have to wait out there when it’s raining or cold they could have a better system to get into the building after the normal office hours.

Visited here many times, the food quality and service has stayed consistently high. Sort of an OC hidden gem because they are (weirdly) located in a business center so it appears that you're at the wrong location when navigating there the first time. The wait time to be seated can be pretty high some nights due to the location being on the smaller side. There is a time limit for dining there once seated which helps with keeping wait times more on the manageable side.

It's overrated, there's better ramen places in OC in my opinion. Waitress said they don't have any black pepper. What restaurant doesn't have any black pepper? Also, 16% service charge for a party of two even though servers would just say no to any simple/reasonable request.

Everything was tasty. The Combo option is pretty good for what they give you. Worth going back. Be aware, they lost their key to the restroom.

Really hard to find if you don’t know where it is and is expecting a restaurant. If you end up at the business building, you are at the right location. Follow the google map and go to the end corner of that building. You will see a sign with a ring doorbell. Ring it and someone will open the glass door for you. There are plenty of parking spaces. If you have to wait (they have a tablet for the waitlist), don’t worry that the restaurant is small because you can wait in the building center. Pretty large space for kids to even run around.Food is always good with HiroNori. Been to the locations in Irvine and San Diego. Shoyu ramen is packed with flavors and you can add in the garlic they give you on the side and/or add the spicy paste that they have on the table. It comes with chasu and egg so no need to order unless you want extra.Service is a little slow compared to how small the location is and how many people worked but food came out quickly and was delicious.Parking: Large office building parking lot.
