“My teenagers and I had the Motto Black, the Motto Red, and the Motto Special. All bowls were tasty and delicious. Noodles were fresh and the chaschu melted in your mouth. “My child and I moved into the area in late 2022. We've been coming here since the place opened. It's a very nice environment and feel with the music playing. The deals offered are as they say, a deal. I always get the tonkatsu ramen with the chicken karaage. The karaage is very tender and the ramen amazing. I've always had the best service here and food is spectacular. Make sure to always try the deep fried ice cream. I could live off that stuff if I could.“

“As one of the 1.5 billion people in the world who can't eat pork, the world of real ramen has been closed to me. This paitan ramen had perfect noodles and a rich chicken broth. They have the choice between traditional pork slices or slices of the most tender chicken breast. You place orders on a ticket so each person orders exactly as they want. “Great food when in the mood for udon noodles or Ramen. Every dish tasted amazing and there was a variety of choices to include appetizers. Plenty of seating after pouring in your order at the kiosk. Once you're number is called you pick up your order and add spices, oils, ginger,etc as you want to your dish. When done you bring your trays to a stacked area (kind of full). Plenty of parking up front and the restrooms were clean.“

“What is surprisingly fun place. First time, we've been to a make your own ramen place. The worker was so friendly in helping us pick out the noodles we wanted, how to heat it and the toppings and everything. They had a great variety of different types of ramen.

“We have been to this wonderful place several times and every time we come it is great! It can get very busy because it is great and because it is small. They have used their space strategically to get as many tables as possible. The staff is always friendly, welcoming and helpful. Tonight our server was Tang (not sure of the correct spelling) and he was exceptional!! Fantastic energy, super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! They have a separate vegan menu which is really awesome! Now the food…absolutely delicious and quite filling! We always leave with leftovers for the next day. Today we got (all vegan) Veggie Tempura Plate, Vegan Crispy Rice, Caterpillar roll, and CA Crunch roll. Our server also brought us the Salmon roll. All were SO good! We were also given a scoop of green tea ice cream which was also really tasty! This is a fabulous restaurant that we will continue to frequent and highly recommend!“

Today came to try the ramen, had a not so good experience ordering it here before and thought maybe it was just an off day, unfortunately it wasn't. I'm sort of a ramen snob, and we ordered the Tonkotsu and the Black ramen. Both were disappointing.the black ramen has a pork broth like the tonkotsu, but it seemed overly salty, as if the base was primarily soy sauce, and the regular tonkotsu although was a bit smoother still was lacking in flavor. The noodles were chewy and seemed almost as if they used noodles from a Top Ramen package. I'll continue to visit them for sushi on occasion, but that will be my last ramen attempt here.“

Not nearly as long of a wait as other locations and plenty of outdoor seating. I appreciate that they add the service fee into the bill for dine-in to save you the hassle of guessing tip amounts. They seem to have very solid employee benefits, too. I love their pork sliders and tonkotsu ramen!“

Service is always exceptional with a welcoming atmosphere. I drive past many ramen spots just to come here. That alone should say a lot!“

“I've been coming to this restaurant pretty frequently when I have a craving for ramen. Every visit regardless to how long time time has passed, the quality of the food has not changed, and it's really consistent and umai.

My only complaint is the chicken karaage is not crispy enough, but other than the quality of the ramen makes up for all of it. I recommend the blaze ramen for anyone that likes a bit spicy.“

This was the place nearest to us that the ramen pics looked appealing. I have to say the ramen here was amazing. It tasted almost the same to the ramen we tried in our trip to Tokyo. And our server was so nice and attentive. He was so sweet that he gave our mom her drink for free since she wasn’t going to consume food due to not liking ramen but she was accompanying us. They have a good selection of Sushi, Udons, Grilled Dishes and Ramen. I opted to get a Sushi and Udon and it came out very well. The place has a good ambience for a quick lunch spot and service was on the mark !
