the food itself is actually pretty good, if you’re ever able to order it. most of the more interesting ramen is only available after 2 pm, for some arbitrary reason. weird to only have food available after lunch prime hours
Hokkaido Ramen Santouka has been one of my favorite ramen spots for over a decade, and after all these years, they still never fail when it comes to taste, consistency, and quality. My favorite tonkatsu ramen in the world. I've tried it in Japan, Taiwan and the US and it's always consistently good. I always order the Toroniku Shio with a side of egg. The pork is so good, the noodles are perfect and the broth, yummy.
