First time got the spicy black tonkotsu ramen with soft shell crab 🦀 and it's delicious. The salmon and fish roe bowl was pretty good combo🍜
Spicy shio ramen was excellent! Polite staff, food came out hot and quickly.
Just realized after the fact that this is a local Japanese ramen chain, I haven’t been to Hokkaido so I can’t comment on the authenticity but it’s a pretty good bowl of ramen. I got the D set (shio) and it came with a side of chahan. Very filling and very tasty, the staff was great too.
