the food itself is actually pretty good, if you’re ever able to order it. most of the more interesting ramen is only available after 2 pm, for some arbitrary reason. weird to only have food available after lunch prime hours
Hokkaido Ramen Santouka has been one of my favorite ramen spots for over a decade, and after all these years, they still never fail when it comes to taste, consistency, and quality. Even after moving away from Southern California, every time I come back to visit, this is one of the first places I crave for pure nostalgia and comfort.

My favorite tonkatsu ramen in the world. I've tried it in Japan, Taiwan and the US and it's always consistently good. I always order the Toroniku Shio with a side of egg. The pork is so good, the noodles are perfect and the broth, yummy.
