cooked dishes are better than their dimsum, which also took longer/forever to come out for some reason??
So we usually have gone to the Capitol Noodle in Barranca. It was closed permanently recently so we tried this location. phe-no-me-nal.
I think this is even better than the barranca one with a more varied menu.
Thumbs up. Must go with the fam. Highly recommend the Hong Kong style crispy noodle, cold cucumber salad, fried rice and lychee drinks.

Atmosphere could use a refresh or just clean up, the tables and floor are a bit dirty/sticky. But the food is great! First time I found Singapore noodles in OC, which I had been craving. Good service as well.
