This is for the peeps who have yet to try…do it. Tastes amazing and you won’t regret it. Still not sure how to cut down the large pieces of chicken in the broth with chopsticks, but that’ll be for my second visit.“

“On a perfect rainy day, I was craving nothing but delicious Ramen so I had to have the pork tongue Katsu Ramen but they have a special here that includes a spicy tuna or salmon roll for $19.99

I absolutely had to have this and my God, it was delicious environment was warm and when I got my food, I couldn’t wait.

“As one of the 1.5 billion people in the world who can't eat pork, the world of real ramen has been closed to me. This paitan ramen had perfect noodles and a rich chicken broth. They have the choice between traditional pork slices or slices of the most tender chicken breast. You place orders on a ticket so each person orders exactly as they want. “Great food when in the mood for udon noodles or Ramen. Every dish tasted amazing and there was a variety of choices to include appetizers. Plenty of seating after pouring in your order at the kiosk. Once you're number is called you pick up your order and add spices, oils, ginger,etc as you want to your dish. When done you bring your trays to a stacked area (kind of full). Plenty of parking up front and the restrooms were clean.“

“Waited approximately one hour to be seated. Spoiker: it was well worth that wait. I ordered the tonkatsu ramen and pork buns. I can't decide which part was better, the noodles or the broth! The pork buns were priced just right at $8 for 2. Some of the best I've had. You are all so lucky to have such a wonderful ramen bar in your community. I am from Maine and will be sure to stop by this establishment every chance I get once I am in town.“

“Vegan ramen with vegan gyoza as an appetizer. Your welcome. But seriously this place is amazingly delicious. Manager is great, the level of service from this man is above and beyond, the server forgot a side of rice(for my daughter) and something else small like a side of broth I can’t remember now, but the order was for takeout and I didn’t check the food before I left because they’re always on point. When I got home I checked and then I called to have the items credited to me for next time but, the manager refunded the money to my credit card and he insisted the food be delivered to me. I gave him my address and he personally delivered to my house in Orange from Tustin. Hiro Nori is and will always be my go to spot.“

“I tried the Spicy Black Ramen and really enjoyed it. The noodles were on the thinner side but still nicely cooked, and the chashu was cooked perfectly with a great crispy texture. Overall, the ramen was very flavorful and satisfying.

One big plus is that for an extra $7.95, you can add a California roll, which was also surprisingly good and paired well with the ramen.

“Tried this place for the 1st time. At the door, you notice the sign that says Military Discount. Thank you for that. Started with Egg Rolls and Spicy Edamame. Great portions, amazing flavors. Sushi had Salmon and it was very good. The ramen was Pork based ans it had a good kick. Good spicy with so much flavor. I gave the 4 stars because they have TV's and I wanted a basketball game. They couldn't change the channels for whatever reason. Asked for the bill and apply the Military Discount on the bill. The discount only applies to the Things I ate/ordered. I was there with my wife so they gave us 2 checks. It was pretty weird but oh well. But that doesn't change the fact that food was great and I want to try more items on the Menu. Good beer selection too 🍺 🍻 Enjoy!“

“Cute atmosphere, employees were very relaxed and able to talk with each other (which I love), but also checked up on my boyfriend and I frequently, refilling our waters & drinks and making sure everything was yummy! They gave us our bill as soon as we were done, no waiting, service was great, quick, and the waitresses are very attentive + sweet! The food was 10/10. I got the spicy tonkotsu ramen, it was bomb!! The soft boiled egg was perfectly cooked, broth not too salty, just perfect!! Noodles are delicious and flavorful! My bf got the spicy habanero ramen and it was also delicious!! We got the salmon roll and I got a dragon roll for my mom (which she loved). Everything 10/10, highly recommend for sushi + ramen.“
