They add the tip on the total, So be careful not to double tip the server. (Unless you want to!) Strip mall has free parking, but the entire area is busy, so you may have trouble finding a spot.“
“I've never had mazemen before and I would 100% have it again. I had the cheese mazemen and honestly, I felt like that food critic from Ratatouille. I was felt at home from the first bite and by the end of the second one, I was in bliss. I felt like I was transported back to another ramen place I've visited a few years ago where they made the ramen fresh. “I really can't say enough about how good Kashiwa Ramen is; I love it so much I've eaten here several times in the last two weeks.This has to be one of the best ramen spots in OC currently. It originally started in Japan and came over to the States. In terms of quality, it definitely seems authentic.I've tried several items on the menu, and every time, it's delicious. I highly recommend dining in, but even if you order to go, or through doordash, it always comes piping hot and high quality.Today, I tried the Tsukumen, which is hard to find at other shops because it is a traditional dipping noodle where you dip it in the soup. I would highly recommend trying their tonkatsu ramen, although they also have other great items like smaller portion chashu rice bowls, which I swear the meat is so soft and tender. The chashu pork comes out great every time. The soft boiled egg is perfection. Both the straight and wavy noodles are wonderful. They also have a swirl broth, which is absolutely delicious; it's a mix of their pork and chicken broth together. They also have green tea, which tastes really crisp and fresh. They also have chicken if you don't eat pork.Overall, I really love Kashiwa and plan to continue frequenting it. The only critique I can give is that I wish the waitresses would check in on the tables at least once or twice every so often. Everyone is so kind and polite and the service is very fast. “Tried this place out for lunch and left very happy! It was pretty dead for a Thursday at noon but I assume for evenings they get busier. My husband got the OG Platter which came with two tacos, a quesadilla, and a mulita and he was happy with the portion size. I got the Birria Ramen and man was it full of meat. They normally put cheese but I didn't want that with my ramen. The broth is so good and not too oily like other places. I really enjoyed that the meat was not too fatty so you are getting good quality. We also got a churro with lechera and strawberry ice cream which was so good I forgot to take a picture. “Visiting from out of town and came across this cute ramen spot. The owner was so, so nice, as was the rest of his staff! I got the Black Ramen combo with the Spicy Tuna with Crispy Rice. My husband got the Spicy Tonkatsu Ramen combo with the Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice as well. Both ramen were great! Deeply savory broths and the chasu pork was so tender and flavorful! They also put a generous amount of spicy tuna on the crispy rice, which was a tasty appetizer. This is a perfect dinner on a chilly evening. “This is THE Ramen restaurant for my son and me. When friends want Ramen, this is where I tell them to go. The noodles are a superb texture. My son liked the original gyu-tonkotsu. I tried the chashu tsukemen and that is now my favorite. The broth was so scrumptious that I wanted to dip myself in it. The son finished the meal with a melon soda float. We were stuffed!!! I went on a weekend and it was empty, so the service was pretty fast, though the service hours are a little short. I had the tonkotsu ramen and was impressed with the serving size. This is the first place I've had ramen that doesn't give you a single paper thin slice of pork belly for protein. It tasted pretty good and they were generous with toppings. My girlfriend had the sashimi rice bowl and she said it was pretty tasty as well. Definitely a great find for the prices they offer.“

The waitress said it was spicy compared to hot Cheetos which I don't do so I opted out, the broth was creamy I just prefer more garlic . I could have added on to the bowl I ordered for an additional fee but I decided not to. The chashu pork was a bit salty, my sister ordered the same bowl and shared it was too salty for her. Overall it was good, staff was friendly and the restaurant looked clean“

“THE BEST RAMEN EVER! I normally go to the Irvine location on Michelson, so I was SO excited when I saw there is new Hiro nori closer to me in Tustin! Hiro Nori ride or die here and this place NEVER disappoints. I've been to multiple different Hiro Nori locations over the years and the ramen is consistently amazing at all of them. Service is always quick and employees are always friendly. I think the Tustin location is my favorite, decor/design wise. They did a great job, it's such a vibe inside! Every single item here is absolutely delicious and packed with flavor. I've tried every single menu item and equally enjoy them all. If you go here and the wait is long, WAIT!
