I really can't say enough about how good Kashiwa Ramen is; I love it so much I've eaten here several times in the last two weeks.This has to be one of the best ramen spots in OC currently. Omg I love this ramen!! It's so good and definitely worth driving for from the IE. The owner is very sweet and comes around having conversations with his customers very casually. The service is great and I get attended to very quickly. This ramen is awesome my sister showed me this plan and it's now my favorite.

I tried a Spicy Black Garlic Ramen and Edamame(with Garlic oil). Both of them were awesome. I chose the Tonkotsu soup base(spicy level 2) and it was very unqiue and delicious. Strongly recommended.
