“The food is amazing here. Always excellent. Always made the same consistent way each time we have been here. The staff is SUPER friendly and they have a beautiful dog-friendly patio. It does get really busy at lunch on Saturdays so be prepared if you come that day. Weekdays tend to be a lot slower. It quickly has become my favorite place to eat and is my go-to place now. “​I was in charge of ordering Chinese food for a big crowd for my aunt's birthday party, and since KBP Asian Bistro was close by, I gave it a shot. Honest review: seeing how quiet the restaurant was at first made me second-guess my choice, but I'm so glad I stuck with it! Everyone at the party devoured the food. It was amazingly fresh and flavorful, and the orange chicken was easily my favorite. We had zero leftovers, which speaks for itself. “This was the only place I could find that was close-by, that 4 generations could agree on one pizza!

We were going to try a nearby place, but the large 1-topping 🍕 here was about 1/3 of the price as the nearby place that recently opened, and we couldn't agree on toppings. I figured we could get 2 pizzas here and still beat the price, but one turned out to be enough for 4 people (grandma doesn't eat much, so finishing the whole slice was a big deal for her). The taste and price is great, but gave 4 stars because it did unfortunately give me a bit of heartburn. Their home style RANCH sauce and the GARLIC BUTTER sauce does taste quite good!!! But I may have to do without the butter sauce next time, as we don't typically eat heavier meals in our family.

That being said, the pizza looked great when we came to pick it up, was fluffy, and crust was good... The free parmesan cheese packets that they offer really weren't the best- I've definitely had better parmesan, but I just personally couldn't justify an extra $20 for maybe slightly fresher parmesan & toppings (but still just bread & sauce). I can use my own parmesan next time. 😆

We've only ordered for takeout, so I can't really speak for the atmosphere dining in, but it seemed quiet enough inside. More like a traditional pizza place with older lighting and some arcade games. Definitely not a modern pizza place, but that did not matter to us.

I also came about 20 mins late for the pickup last time, and the pizza was still warm and looked fresh. Easy to microwave a leftover slice without getting soggy the next day too.

All in all, for just the price alone, we'll be ordering again.“

“This is possibly the best place ever. We got to meet the owner, Mike, who is so hardworking and welcoming! He even offered scissors to cut the pizza for our toddler son (who loved the toys he provides for kids! Such a smart idea) The employees all here were helpful in picking the right slices and they hustleeeeee. The pizza itself is freaking heaven: sourdough, anyone? The Korean potato pizza with vegetables is hands down my #1 favorite with their house made spicy ranch! You can taste and see the freshness of the ingredients. They also gracefully offer water bottles complimentary, their slices are HUGE (ask for double slicing if you have kids). This location is in a Grocery Outlet plaza and in the corner close to the cleaners. The inside ambiance is BANGING- everything is so cool-looking, with the lights and the nostalgic Ms. PAC-Man arcade game. Wow, wow, wow. We will 100% be back… over and over.“

“I had such a wonderful lunch here. The food was fresh, vibrant, and incredibly flavorful. Every bite was genuinely enjoyable.

I was especially impressed by the attention to detail, even with the presentation of the sides. The salad paired with my sandwich featured perfectly crisp greens and toasted pecans that added a great crunch. It is rare to find a place that handles the small details so well.

Everything felt high quality from the coffee to the table setting. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the meal. I am already looking forward to my next visit to this spot in Tustin.“

“Wow, they really do fill up the box where it'll barely close. I thought it was fake and just for social media ads. I had the kung pao chicken, orange chicken and noodles. Noodles were a little bland but still decent. The entrees though were as good as you'd expect from a chinese take out place. It's honestly 3x the portion size of panda express for the same price. This is my go to place for chinese take out now.“

“Seven Grams is a restaurant specialized in Chinese cuisine, especially dumplings and noodles. The service was good. The food was decent and pricing was pretty reasonable. We enjoyed our dinner, though nothing really wowed me.

Note: The soy sauce bottle actually contained both soy sauce and vinegar. The vinegar taste was quite overwhelming. It would be better if they were separate. I ended up skipping this and just had the chili oil instead.

* Shrimp XLB 4/5 - XLBs are soup dumplings and these came with shrimp and pork inside. They were good, but there was an aftertaste I didn't like. It was either gamey or fishy. I didn't really taste this from the other dishes.

* Wontons with Chili Sauce 4/5 - I liked the mild kick of these wontons. They were good, though the chilli sauce wasn't as addicting as other places.

* Scallion Pancakes 4.5/5 - These were very crispy and made a fun snack for the table.

* Pan Fried Dumpling 4/5 - These were good, though not outstanding. I was expecting a more crispy texture, but they were kind of soft. Some of them also had soup inside like the XLB. Not a bad thing, but not quite what I thought they'd be.

* Golden Prime Beef Noodle Soup 4/5 - This was quite spicy, maybe medium to medium high level of spiciness. It came with noodles, vegetables, pickled vegetables, and thinly sliced beef. It tasted like a comforting homemade meal.“

“Tucked inside The Station Liquor & Deli is The Taco Station. The tacos were legit. My son and I shared Carne Asada, Pollo, Cecina and nopales, Birria and Lengua. Everyone of them was flavorful and plentiful. Red and green salsa were not too crazy spicy and paired well with all of them. Little touches, like grilled onions and charred peppers were a welcome addition. Perfect stop before or after visiting Roger Dunn ( who we would like to thank for the recommendation!!) 🤤

Overall, the food is great and flavorful. The curry is slightly sweet and savory, not the floral or overly spiced one. I love that the food stays hot since they're served on sizzling plates/bowl. I loved dipping my burger into the sauce. It was definitely an experience!

The service (from Elaine) was excellent and there is ample parking. I recommend! OH, kids eat free on weekdays.“

“It is a great place that opens till very late. We came at almost midnight and had some cold beer and authentic food. Some of the food is very authentic such as the blood sausage. We tried that and some fried whole chicken, fried tofu, and squid. It was nice you can just ordered thru the pad and they served quick. They gave us some free orange slices too.“

“I would give it 15 stars out of 10 if I could! It has the quality of top tier Japanese Beverly Hills Restaurants at a fraction of the price. I ordered the lunch combo and picked tempura and teriyaki chicken. It came with soup , salad, rice, and even daikon for the tempura dipping sauce and a delicious orange slice. The portion size is so generous! There was a lot of tempura! The teriyaki sauce is one of the best I have ever had. I also ordered a shrimp tempura cut roll with creamy spicy mayo. Something about their rice is special it is the perfect texture. There was so much flavor in the sauce without it being too sweet or heavy. I could taste every ingredient in the roll. The lunch combo was only $15.50 for top tier quality and this is coming from someone who ate lots of Japanese food and sushi in Beverly Hills. This is my new favorite Japanese restaurant cause you get top tier quality for a great price AND generous portion sizes especially with the lunch bento box combo. The staff was so nice too. I love the authentic Japanese owner and the tatamis, it really adds to the ambience. A+++“

“Sushi bear is so good! I was craving oysters and thought about going to Honda-Ya but the line was too long. I wandered in on a Thursday night and was kindly greeted and seated quickly. Ordered the kamamoto oysters which hit the spot. I also ordered the sushi combo which came with a Hawaiian roll, everything was fresh and delicious. The staff and chef were so kind. Needless to say I left full and happy ☺“

“My family is Muslim and we ordered some food from Taco Chico yesterday and forgot to ask if they use lard in their refried beans and tortillas (they do). The woman who answered my phone call was SO kind, extremely apologetic and offered to make us food without lard, to educate the staff, etc. Personally, I feel it’s on us to ask as I’m sure most patrons do not have dietary restrictions and said so. Either way, I don’t think I’ve experienced such exceptional customer service in my life. Despite our order containing lard..the food was FIRE. Definitely will be coming back! 💯💯💯“

“It was my first time here, and the quality of the drinks, food, service, and prices all blew me away. The bartender was so friendly, made my drink perfectly, and she was running the whole bar and seating area without breaking a sweat. You can tell they use fresh garlic and parsley for their garlic fries, and a 50 cent pool game is the lowest I've ever seen. It seems like a great local spot, I was surprised how full it was for a Monday night. I 100% want to come back here the next time I'm staying in town. :)“

“This is our favorite sushi restaurant. The prices are very affordable, and the quality of the fish is excellent. The service used to be very poor, so we only came for the food, but they changed owners and brought in new servers. Now both the service and the food are great—so much that there’s always a line to get in on the weekends.“

“Prices are great, especially on Taco Tuesdays, and the food we usually get—fish and shrimp tacos, horchata or Jamaica, and fried ice cream—is pretty good! The fish tacos come with a nice white sauce, too. I forgot to add that the amount in your taco for the price cannot be beat in this area.

Parking is in a busy and very tight strip mall, and can be difficult to find when it's busy, and the restaurant gets pretty crowded. The doors also open (both ways) very close to the register, which can make the entrance difficult to navigate with small children. I'd try to pull up close & leave kids in car for take out orders.

They do have outdoor seating, which is nice for good-weather days, but the tables aren't consistently cleaned and the seating is pretty basic. One time my son wanted to eat there rather than wait, and the back tables were littered with food & beer cans from a group that had already left. We waited a few mins & were able to find another table that I wiped down myself, but the next group had to find staff and wait for them to clear the beer cans.

I think having one additional staff member during the busiest times could make a difference. The employees look a bit overwhelmed with busy rush or when crowded, and they only have one register. Someone helping with tables and orders could really improve the experience.

Overall, it's a small, popular spot with decent food at a good price. Especially on Tuesdays. If you're planning to eat there, I recommend ordering ahead and going at a less busy time. I would happily add another star if the outdoor seating were kept cleaner and they found some matching chairs or were a little better maintained.

But for takeout or judging just on food alone, it is worth it.“
