The staff was very friendly and the vibe was homey and laid back to enjoy a big meal and conversation with family and friends. My favorite dishes were tteokbokki, galbi-jjim, and garlic suyuk. “Michelin-Level Experience at Outback Prices The Wild Artichoke in Yorba Linda is a hidden gem. I was expecting something entirely different — and was pleasantly surprised in the best possible way. We started with the smashed potatoes and endive salad, which made for perfect appetizers: light enough not to spoil our appetite, yet full of flavor to whet it. The portions were ideal for sharing with my wife. For our main courses, we ordered from the lunch menu. I had the Wagyu burger, and my wife went with the tempura fish and chips. I’m not sure how they did it, but every bite was incredibly well-balanced. The fish had a crispy exterior, just the right touch of Maldon salt, and a beautifully firm, flaky interior. The tartar sauce was exceptional — rich, creamy, and unlike any I’ve had before. The burger was a standout. Each ingredient was distinct and purposeful — no unnecessary fillers. Every component worked in harmony to deliver deep, layered flavors in every bite. We ended the meal with the Basque cheesecake, which was beautifully presented. It wasn’t overly sweet, and the perfectly burnt top paired wonderfully with the sweet berry compote. A special treat was getting to meet the head chef. What a pleasant surprise. He shared the story behind one of his dishes and mentioned that every item on the menu has its own story and purpose. That passion really comes through in the food. I’ve dined at many fine restaurants, and I can confidently say the quality here rivals places charging $150–$200 per plate. The value is extraordinary for the caliber of cuisine offered. This is a truly special hidden gem — perfect for a relaxed lunch with friends or an intimate dinner date. I can’t wait to try the rest of their menu!“

We were intrigued because it occupies the same space as Supatra's, a spot we used to frequent years ago before the change in ownership. We called ahead to make a reservation and were seated promptly within a minute of our arrival. My wife follows a gluten-free vegan diet, and Thai food has always been a reliable choice for her. She called in advance to ensure options were available, and the staff was accommodating. Our server, Paul, was outstanding. He went above and beyond to ensure the kitchen was informed about my wife's dietary needs, making the experience seamless and stress-free. Here's what we ordered: Tom Kha Soup: Excellent, bursting with rich and vibrant flavors. Summer Rolls: My wife loved them--fresh and perfectly prepared. Mango Mood drink: Another hit, beautifully balanced and refreshing. Wine: A familiar choice for my wife that paired well with the meal. String Beans and Eggplant: Very delicious, with bold and flavorful seasoning. Crying Tiger: Unfortunately, this dish didn't meet my expectations and is one we wouldn't recommend. Overall, the food was excellent, aside from the Crying Tiger, and the service was exceptional. Special thanks to Paul for his attentiveness and genuine kindness. “As one of the 1.5 billion people in the world who can't eat pork, the world of real ramen has been closed to me. This paitan ramen had perfect noodles and a rich chicken broth. They have the choice between traditional pork slices or slices of the most tender chicken breast. You place orders on a ticket so each person orders exactly as they want. I recommend the spicy chicken paitan.“

“Everything is good. Their sushi is superb and the hamachi kama is soooo delicious, we ordered another one because my brother in law Jim devoured it. He don’t really eat fish, but when he tasted the hamachi kama , he said it’s the best tasting grilled fish. We’re from Arizona, but my sister in law and her husband is just 5 miles away from this sushi restaurant. We’re the one who introduced this place to them . “Absolutely loved the feeling and ambiance walking into ranch enchilada, it reminds me of how restaurants used to feel when I was a kid (warm, decorated, traditional). The host and servers always had a smile on their face, one thing I absolutely loved. They've got a spacious menu, and it was hard to choose but I went with el brasero and some cheese enchiladas. Both came out quick, service was fast and we had chips and salsa to keep us occupied as well. All the flavors were amazing, the chimichangas were crispy, filled with meat, and rice and beans also tasted great. Enchiladas were plentiful, sauce was superb. I love this place as a first timer and I'll be back to explore some more menu items!“

“Great little poke bowl place. I'd go pretty much anywhere to try a good bowl, and I'm glad this place is close at hand, because it's become my favorite.

The interior is small but clean. The portions are generous, they usually have a nice deal going on, and they don't hold back with the toppings. Toppings are always fresh, fish tastes great, spam musubi is big and yummy, and plenty of sauces.

There's a little cooler with canned and bottled drinks you can choose from (I usually grab the green or jasmine tea), as well as a miso soup + fountain beverage station.

Service is always friendly. I love stopping by here after work; and I always leave full and looking forward to the next time.“

The chow mein dishes are very flavorful and the noodles have a good amount of chew. My favorite dumplings are the pan fried chicken dumplings. The meat is juicy and well seasoned.
