“I’m so thrilled we stumbled on this place while frantically looking for somewhere local to grab food. We are not from the area and we were visiting Cal State Fullerton for the evening and had some time to go eat. While the deep dish pizza takes roughly 40min to bake, it was worth it!!! So so so delicious! I’m so glad we waited. It’s everything you want in a thick fluffy pizza and I love that they drench it in sauce. So good! I wish we lived locally so we’d eat here more! Also huge fan of the Chicago decor.“

“Loosies Pizza isn't obvious because there's no sign on the building itself but if you look for 300. 103 or a sign out in the central walkway, you'll find it quickly enough.
The place is certainly worth a visit for its well baked thin crust pizza. Topping are generous and a good quality. My favorite is the white pizza which is elegant and tasty Although I preferred using a few ample shakes of the garlic salt on the counter to amp up flavor. Four solitary tables sit outside and I must admit that it's not exactly a welcoming café vibe with almost no shade but it's better than nothing or than sitting inside the dark, some might call it creepy, interior. But it's that kind of place edgy/hip. The bathroom Continues to reflect the alternative dark vibe and overall, the place is hip“

“We first found Big Al's Pizzeria on IG. All of their pizzas caught our eye because of the unique flavors that they serve. “I chose this place to eat because it keeps late hours...which is perfect for late night meal needs. The staff was very helpful and courteous, and I did not have to wait too long (maybe about 20 minutes, probably even less than that) to get my pie. That said, the proof is in the eating, and this place succeeded wonderfully. There is something magical about pizza fresh out of the oven, and Marco's was just what I needed to curb my hunger. Football, basketball, playoffs, random Tuesday night action--it's all there. This is a sports fan's sanctuary. You could bring rival fans here and they'd still leave friends, united by pizza.

The place itself feels like a classic neighborhood pizza joint perfected, not trendy, not try-hard, just confident. Families, regulars, first-timers--it works for everyone. Loud enough to feel alive, comfortable enough to stay longer than planned.

Honestly? If the President of the United States wanted pizza without the Secret Service, this is where they'd come. No politics. No nonsense. Just great pizza, great energy, and a reminder of how good things used to be--and still can be when done right.
