“Michelin-Level Experience at Outback Prices The Wild Artichoke in Yorba Linda is a hidden gem. I was expecting something entirely different — and was pleasantly surprised in the best possible way. We started with the smashed potatoes and endive salad, which made for perfect appetizers: light enough not to spoil our appetite, yet full of flavor to whet it. The portions were ideal for sharing with my wife. For our main courses, we ordered from the lunch menu. I had the Wagyu burger, and my wife went with the tempura fish and chips. I’m not sure how they did it, but every bite was incredibly well-balanced. The fish had a crispy exterior, just the right touch of Maldon salt, and a beautifully firm, flaky interior. The tartar sauce was exceptional — rich, creamy, and unlike any I’ve had before. The burger was a standout. Each ingredient was distinct and purposeful — no unnecessary fillers. Every component worked in harmony to deliver deep, layered flavors in every bite. We ended the meal with the Basque cheesecake, which was beautifully presented. It wasn’t overly sweet, and the perfectly burnt top paired wonderfully with the sweet berry compote. A special treat was getting to meet the head chef. What a pleasant surprise. He shared the story behind one of his dishes and mentioned that every item on the menu has its own story and purpose. That passion really comes through in the food. I’ve dined at many fine restaurants, and I can confidently say the quality here rivals places charging $150–$200 per plate. The value is extraordinary for the caliber of cuisine offered. This is a truly special hidden gem — perfect for a relaxed lunch with friends or an intimate dinner date. I can’t wait to try the rest of their menu!“

“Edith was our server and she was excellent. She was professional, relatable, and kind. She was attentive to our needs even when we changed our minds. I had the Turkey Sliders and they were delicious! We would definitely go back to Polly’s because the food, pie, and service! “I absolutely love this restaurant! As a celiac I have very limited options on places that I can safely eat at and I feel extremely fortunate that this is one of them. The food is exceptional and being all gluten free I can enjoy a variety of amazing dishes here. The service is also wonderful with attentive waiters who are full of life. The atmosphere pulls all of what I previously stated together with live music and visually spectacular place to dine“

“I didn't take any photos, because it was mostly just appetizers and drinks, but we had a wonderful evening here tonight. Sat in the bar and our food and drinks came out sooooo fast! But in a good way! Super efficient and everyone helps everyone. All of the wait staff was smiling and cheerful. It was so nice to witness. Lisa was our server, and she was super helpful with the menu items and our drink decisions! We will happily return.“
