“I love everything about Summit House. The food, the ambience, the service, the view, it's got it all. One of the nicest restaurants in Orange County for sure. It's very nice but not too pretentious, and everyone has always been very nice here, even when I wasn't all dressed up.Vegetarian options: They always have a Vegan dish on the menu, and my wife loves it!“
“Juan was our server this morning. He has a compassionate heart and is hilarious. His personality with the family was outstanding. His service was beyond exceptional! Coming from a background of servers in the family and being one myself, I give the upmost respect for him. Great Service and communication. God Bless him.Kid-friendliness: Interacts with children not just parents“
“As a frequent diner at Black Bear Diner, and breakfast lover for the Steak and eggs, or bacon and eggs at Black Bear, make my mouth water. The inside is always warm and cozy like I am in the mountains eating, the coffee is warm and delicious, it whisks me away from everything the moment my lips touch the mug. But the best part of dining at Black Bear Diner is the service from one fantastic person whom goes above and beyond for every customer whom is lucky enough to have her or like me won't sit anywhere but in Jennifer's section. One Saturday I arrived with my family and no Jennifer the place felt different, the diner didn't have it's sparkle and a bit of magic that Jennifer places in the diner. Jennifer makes every person feel they are the only customer in the Diner. I was glad when we returned from a trip to be able to stop in and have breakfast and Jennifer was back, she made us feel like we were missed. When you arrive be sure to ask to be seated in Jennifer's section if you are lucky enough you will hear her singing to the jukebox. Or hear her say as you walk in Welcome, or Good Morning, take a seat anywhere you would like. I can see why Black Bear is lucky to have Jennifer, because when she is not there the place looses a bit of its magic and its charm. Keep up the good job Jennifer. Black Bear Diner is lucky to have you!“
“I've been here several times at this location in Fullerton. Britney is the server, always checking in always friendly .GREAT service . Management was GREAT came by to check to see how I was doing . Beautiful place very happy every time I come in with family. I'm here today by myself it's been just as great an experience as it has been when I come in with my family!“
“Server: Madison - She's so amazing and lovely and attentive (but not overly)! Also, a winning personality and very hospitable. Food: 1) House Burger w/ Gluten Free Bun - So tasty! The chef(s) are absolute flavor artists. Love is in all their food creations. (Gluten free bun is NOT dull and dry, it's one of the good ones). 2) Crispy Rice/Spicy Albacore - Dude, what the heck!? We've had these apps at every restaurant that has them and for me this was the best creation/version. It was diced fish, not 'finely minced' like other places, with yummy sauce and red pepper flakes (nice touch!) on immaculately seared rice patties! Ambiance: Outdoor eating area has heaters for when it's chillier, and it's very floral and nature'y. Lovely! Prices:Reasonable for the level of effort put into the food! Love this place.“
“When for lunch Thursday. First time really nice place, great service, reasonable unique menu, some nice wines to try. Heather took care of us as we ordered the Archie with prosciutto as they were out of chicken. I had the flatbread with red pepper jelly they make, prosciutto and balsamic. We also ordered a wine flight. What a nice trio. This is now on our lunch list“
“Went here on a Saturday night (4/06/24) with a friend and this is a cool, hip and happening place for all ages. LOVE the atmosphere, LOVE the pictures and LOVE the green ? lights. I ordered the Alfredo Pasta with Blackened Chicken PLUS 2 pieces of garlic cheese bread comes with it. O-M-G, soooo delish and a lot of food too. The service was great and the music ?? was very hip. I will be back!!!“
“One of my absolute favorite places to go with an incredible menu full of choices from an array of wraps, salads, bowls and classic dishes all great combinations and flavor with a health flare for everyone -gluten free dishes- vegan-vegetarian-dairy free. The "strawberry sensation salad" is my favorite with the house lemonade and I always order their house made black bean hummus dip with chips for $0.54 cents.“
“Been coming here as a regular for a few months now and have had the pleasure of being served by their friendly crew each time. Front of house staff are always on top of it; attentive, efficient, kind, the whole 9. Back of house has never done me wrong, food is always delicious and out in minutes. Environment is very comfortable and inviting, I always love coming here and having little moments with everyone and experiencing a sense of community, which Nick’s truly is a pillar of, in my book.“
“Staff is very friendly, didn't have to wait long to be seated (depending on the day of the week), and kid friendly as well. You get to see smaller jets/planes and sometimes helicopter land and take off.. Their mimosas are good, too. Walking in is like an airplane runnway. Some of the booths have plane buttons and controls, which the little ones love. Good portion foods and their homemade fries style are delicious, but this last time were kinda burt and a little too greasy, but I still rate 10/10.“
“Expect to get "carded" - I was so caught off that I had to ask the bouncer 2x what he was asking me for (In my late 40s. LOL). The whiskey selection is very respectable - I have all over the world drinking whiskey - Tennessee, Ireland, Scotland, etc. Had a high end whiskey "neat" and an Old Fashioned (I think "well" is Old Forrester) - didn't come with the cherry, but they were more than happy to get one. Did not eat any food.“
“We took a train ride on a Saturday afternoon and got off to eat lunch. We walked around decided where to eat and happy we walked in to this rustic place. They were very nice and attentive to getting us seated. We ordered fish and chips, chicken sandwich, side salads and the steak baked potato. We shared the baked potato and it was a good portion with the side salad. The fries were enjoyed by all. We also ordered the brownie that came with ice cream and melted marshmallow which we shared again. The drinks were also pretty good. The atmosphere was not too loud and they have TVs for all to enjoy. Really liked that they served the water in a western motif with shorter glasses. We have also heard they have live music on Sundays.“
“Not sure what I expected. It's a divey sports bar with cute young servers that seem to genuinely enjoy their job and a kitchen with a bar food menu. If you turned the lights down and had girls dancing on the bar, it would easily pass as a strip club. The menu is beer and seltzers. The drinks are inexpensive and the servers are well practiced and wearing revealing bikinis. The servers are friendly and work the patrons with an ease that comes with practice. You are likely to recognize some of the staff from other local establishments that specialize in scantily clad service. The location is in the middle of an office and industrial park. Most of the parking spaces say they will tow if you park and go into Swig.Tip well. Be polite.“
“I love this place! Great breakfast and coffee. I almost always get the chilaquiles with chorizo but today I tried a breakfast bowl. You can never go wrong with tater tots in the morning. The atmosphere is homey and the staff is always nice. If you are in Fullerton looking for a breakfast/lunch spot that isn’t a fast food chain, check this place out.“
“Solid spot to grab a beer and watch some sports. A lot of TVs playing all the popular games and lots of seating. Great for groups of friends! The mango cart there is so good and for some reason taste better compared to other places. I never really eat there but most people get the appetizer plate which is loaded!!! Service is always good.“
“It is a familiar and cozy place and its service is very excellent, the atmosphere is not to mention excellent ? and all the staff are very friendly and attentive, very helpful. I especially recommend it on karaoke Tuesdays for all of us who love to sing there with the dj of pullas a good friend good there they make us feel like family by friends Jose Barrera and family thank you very much Jose.“
“Yo wings here are absolutely fire. BLT absolutely fire. Hidden gem in Fullerton the best drinks you can ask for 3 max for me they have a strong pour here Hurrican drew is a beast and Presta has always been the nicest guy. All staff is respectable as Long as you are. Smoking area outside is available. Don't be scared of the locals. B.A os a great spot to bar it up.“
“I've been coming here since I moved to Fullerton in 1976. Everything is from scratch. And their ingredients are above everyone else. I have purchased tons of pies, holiday family meals, jams, fresh bread, and the world's best chocolate chip cookies. I am so lucky to live in Fullerton near Polly's Pies! Their great staff is committed to excellence!“
“The day we visited for dinner , the kitchen seemed to have had a bad day. The kitchen was out of two core items and the fish and potato skins we ordered was over cooked. The drinks were fantastic! Curtis the manager heard our feedback and made it right. I look forward to visiting again to enjoy a different experience.“
“Nestled in the heart of a bustling plaza, Early Bird is a culinary gem that stands out for its unique blend of Peruvian and American dining experiences. My wife and I decided to visit this popular spot for brunch, intrigued by its promise of a fusion menu that piqued our culinary curiosity.Upon arrival, we were immediately struck by the vibrant atmosphere of the restaurant. Despite its popularity, which was evident from the hour-long wait for a table, the plaza offered ample parking. However, due to the restaurant’s busy nature, we found ourselves parking further away than anticipated. Early Bird utilizes a phone texting system to manage its queue, though in practice, it seemed they preferred the traditional method of calling out names. This slight disconnect in their seating process led to a longer wait for us, possibly exacerbated by a mix-up with another guest sharing my name.Once seated, the service quickly took a turn for the better. The staff was attentive and efficient, ensuring that our food arrived promptly after we ordered. The highlight of our visit was undoubtedly the Lomo Saltado, a Peruvian classic that was executed with a flair that married well with the American dining style Early Bird aims to fuse. The flavors were robust and satisfying, a testament to the kitchen’s skill and creativity. However, despite the delightful culinary experience, the cost of the meal gave us pause. The pricing at Early Bird is on the higher side, especially when compared to other brunch offerings in the area. While we understand the premium ingredients and unique culinary fusion may warrant higher prices, we felt that the value proposition could be better balanced to reflect the overall dining experience.“
“My husband and I finally had our first visit here! We always pass it and have always wanted to try it but it's typically busy! We got there right at 9am and I got the "Avocado on Holiday" and my husband got a chicken and biscuit it was egg benedict style with gravy though. My son got the kids dollar pancakes. The food and service definitely lived up to the hype!! I don't like Holindaise Sauce so I got it on the side. Out of all the Holindaise Sauces I've tried and disliked, Kimmies had the most tolerable one lol We cleaned our plates and enjoyed the service and atmosphere:) We will definitely be back! If it's not busy of course ? Kid-friendliness: They can provide a high chair if needed.“
“Just got Home from a delicious and go in time at 212. Food is so New York and drinks..wow the nutcracker describes it will f@##$ you up. After three yes. Rick made me a double..even with food. I feel no pain. Better than Percocet.. I tried the Parmesan chicken tenders. Was not expecting so much for an appetizer..but I ate them all. Rick the owner is a friendly new Yorker and makes anyone who comes in ..more than welcome. I will admit I ordered delivery the other night and had the Puerto Rico dish chicken guisido..so I took the carne guisido for take out..if I wasn't so full I'd eat that too..will be back to try more and enjoy the simple atmosphere..go ..you will enjoy“
“Beautiful property, great atmosphere and the restaurant has amazing vibes. Food was Tasty and amazing, great service and excellent drinks. My server was very knowledgeable and friendly. I recommend Spadra33, location is central to CSUF.Parking: I love that parking is complimentary if you are enjoying a meal in the restaurant.“
“Crab meat gimbop is so good. $8 for 2 rows is very reasonable nowadays as some gimbop place charge $7 for one row. New owners are very friendly as compared to the previous owner. They can even cater single row gimbop packages for $4 and they are perfect for small church gathering.“
“The food was very good, the staff was very polite and hard working. I had not been to a Sizzler since 1983, and it was the se one back then. I am happy to see that some things have remained the same from the world I grew up I. I was 17 back when I visited this restaurant last and it was to meet my girlfriends parents. Now, I am treating my daughter and grandson to dinner. The meal was excellent.“
“Wow!! ? very first time to this restaurant and I am very happy with everything overall. Came here for lunch with my Sister. We had a burger fries slider sweet potato fries their tortilla soup and everything was excellent. We couldn't finish it all, but we had some fantastic leftovers to share with our family. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!! Sorry everything looked so good there was no time for photos, next time lol..Wheelchair accessibility: I only saw one handicap parking there may be more. But there is plenty of parking close to the restaurant“
“This is pretty much your run of the mill brunch spot in Fullerton. They have good food, good atmosphere, and good service. Nothing really stands out however, but that doesn’t make it bad. The chilaquiles were good and the coffee was good. If you want a quick and easy brunch with your s/o, this is a good option.“
“First time here... And we found THE most delicious old fashioned. I love orange and this was packed with orange flavor!!! I didn't catch the bartender's name but he didn't seem old enough to be making it ???I tried the fried pb & j... Very good! Everyone was cool! Will definitely go back!“
“Those chorizo (non pork) potatoes will have me staying in California and coming back for life. I'm currently exploring brunch spots all over Cali and it's gonna break my heart everytime I go to a new brunch spot because those potatoes live in my mind rent free yall The beauty of the environment is so nice wait I think I took a video holdup -- ADDED You can either sit inside the cozy vibes of brownstone or if it's beautiful day that amazing courtyard that I believe has like mission like vibes inside They got other things inside there too A place to also visit alone if you want and just vibe with some yummy potatoes“
“Awesome spot with a great family run business model. The food is amazing and the coffee is well made also. Nice 80’s classics overhead. Very relaxing, comfortable environment. Would definitely recommend the Fraise Classic and B.E.S.T. crepes! The Norwegian is also great option for Lox lovers. Can’t say enough how friendly and warm the family is and how delicious the food is.“
