“This year we chose Black Bear diner for the location of our annual Chrispen Team Pumpkin Pie giveaway, and we couldn't have been more impressed. The manager Isaid was amazing from the start helping me plan the event and order hundreds of pies. The large patio provided a private and cheerful atmosphere and was the perfect spot for the event. Carlos and the rest of the staff were amazingly attentive and handled everything we needed on the day of the event. All of our clients raved about how delicious the pies were and loved the convenient location. We can't wait to come back next year!“

“I rarely write reviews, but this… THIS is an experience worth sharing with friends and family.

We originally purchased the Royalty Package but decided to upgrade to the Celebration Package once we arrived. Our party of 9 took up an entire row, and depending on your group size, you could easily fit around 10 people in one row.

My nephew and I had the vegetarian meal while everyone else had the chicken dinner. The kids ate what they wanted (because, well… kids 😂), and the adults all told me they enjoyed their meals. Personally, I really enjoyed the vegetarian meal—it was surprisingly filling!

But honestly, the food wasn’t even the highlight. The show itself was unforgettable. Even the Blue Knight threw a flower to my 4-year-old daughter, which absolutely made her entire night. She was so shy when she got to see him up close after the show, and it was honestly one of the sweetest moments of the whole trip. The three boys in our group were completely engrossed in the show too—they only wanted to leave when someone needed to use the bathroom! 😂

I also purchased the souvenir slushie cups for the four kids in our group because… why not? 😂 This was the first time going to Medieval Times for five of us, and we decided to splurge a little on our last night in Southern California.

Yes, you may look at the ticket and package prices and think, “Wow, that’s a lot of money for a two-hour show.” But for us, it was worth every penny.

Of course, I had read the reviews about the food and everything else before going. At the end of the day, everyone is different, and what one person loves, another person may not. For our family, though, the entire experience was absolutely worth it.

I’m not sure when we’ll be back in Southern California, but when we are, Medieval Times will definitely be on our list of places to visit again. Ending our trip there was the perfect way to finish our time in SoCal. 🏰❤“

“A colleague recommended Paul's to me 20 years ago and now my family eats here each time we're in SoCal. The garden burger is one of the best I've had, the onion rings are crispy and my son calls the cheeseburger S Tier. The prices have also held up very reasonably over time. We will continue to visit each time we're in the area!“

What was left after my 9 year old and Wife saved was amazing. The ice cream was smooth and delicious, but he funnel cake itself was still crispy and delicious. The boysenberry on top was so freaking good.

We hadn’t been to Sizzler in years, but this was the location we used to visit all the time, so I was excited to come back—and they did NOT disappoint!

We ordered the largest steak with a baked potato, broccoli, and cheese bread.We also ordered the ribs. I had a few special requests for the steak and broccoli to be cooked nice and tender, and they followed every request perfectly! Steak was absolutely HEAVENLY—tender, flavorful, and cooked exactly how we wanted it. The broccoli was perfect too! Ribs were very delicious as well. Compliments to the chef!!

The staff was friendly and welcoming, and even though the restaurant was pretty packed when I picked up our food, everything was fresh, hot, and prepared correctly.

The cheese bread wasn't our favorite, but I think it would probably be much better fresh in the restaurant rather than after a drive home.

Overall, we had a wonderful experience and an excellent meal. So glad we gave Sizzler another try! We will be back in the future.“

“We made a reservation for 7pm on a Friday night. Had to wait through a lot of Knott's Scary Farm traffic just to get in the parking lot though. Even though we had a reservation, we still ended up waiting about 10-15 minutes past that time, but we could see that there were open tables available. I figured since it is wide open inside, it'd be pretty loud, but it really wasn't bad. We could still hold a conversation and hear each other well, even though there were music videos playing and lots of people around us. Our servers were really attentive. Our main server had to take a break and was really transparent about handing us off to someone else. We ordered a Bloody Mary (spicy!! but safe), and a strawberry basil margarita (decent). For our meals we got the Bill Graham BBQ Chicken Pizza, which was excellent. It had lots of flavor, the perfect amount of cheese, and wasn't greasy or soggy at all. I'd be hard-pressed to order something different if we ever visit a R&B again! We also got the Blackened Chicken Pasta, which was very good too - just the right amount of spice, good flavors, and the chicken was perfect. Overall, we had a really good experience at Rock & Brews, and would come back if we're ever visiting the area again.“

“I originally bookmarked the Rosemary Room for brunch, but we ended up coming for dinner instead. We ordered the beef sliders, truffle Parmesan fries, and I had the hibiscus margarita. Everything was really good. The food was solid, and the pricing felt fair for today’s world—not cheap, but not outrageous either.

Honestly, since it’s inside a hotel, my expectations weren’t sky-high, but the food pleasantly surprised me. I’d definitely come back, especially to try their brunch.

The reason it’s four stars instead of five comes down to the atmosphere and staffing.

The restaurant sits right in the hotel lobby with no walls, so you hear everything—hotel guests coming and going, music playing in the lobby, the TV from the bar, and general foot traffic. If you’re looking for a quiet, relaxed dinner, this might feel a little overstimulating.

Also, our waiter (who was great, by the way) seemed to be doing the job of about three people. He was taking orders, bringing drinks and food, running payments, and even delivering room service. The poor guy was working like he owed the hotel money. On a Friday night, they could definitely use more staff.

That said, the food was good, the service was kind, and I’d still come back—next time probably for brunch.“

“Had breakfast buffet here two days in a row. Service crew is outstanding, friendly and attentive. The classics are available incl biscuits and gravy. I liked the fresh fruit and the two available scrambled eggs (reg and Denver) especially. Great food quality (fresh eggs) at my time of visit.“

“This was really a great experience. The burgers were thicker than any typical theme park burger. The burger was prepared perfectly, with care. This was not another one of many burgers slapped on a grill an cooked en masse. The chicken sandwich was also very taste and prepared just right. This meal was a real treat. The gentleman taking our order was very cheerful and engaged. We spoke briefly with the chef while he was wrapping up our order. He was engaging and fun also. Great spot if you’re looking for something quick and not too heavy while spending the day at the park. The portions are just right—small enough that you won’t feel sluggish, but still enough to keep you going for the next rides and activities.

Food is simple, satisfying, and comes out fast, which is perfect when you don’t want to waste time waiting in long lines. Definitely a good choice for a mid-day recharge.

“Quaint little sit down restaurant inside Ghost Town. We ordered the Roasted Chicken Dinner with mashed potatoes and steamed veggies. The roasted drumsticks and thigh were very moist and flavorful. However, the large chicken breast was dry and hard. My teen ordered the Ghost Town Burger with French fries and said it was dry, needed thousand island or a moist beef patty. Fries were crunchy (dry but had good seasoning).“

Since knotts menus change during the season right now they have here available pizza,hamburgers, chicken strips and sides are Mac n cheese,fries,bread sticks,salad. The kids likes the pizza,which come with either w bread sticks or salad. I had a cheese burger,they have a topping bar for whatever you like. It was a Thursday so it wasn't crowded in there. It was 12ish at the time we went. Plenty of tables available too. The burger is not super delicious but it will fill you up,and tje toppings help to make it a little better.“

The IPA I ordered was a highlight of the evening. From the first sip, it was clear that this brew was crafted with care. It had a rich, golden hue and a robust aroma of citrus and pine. The flavor profile was well-balanced, featuring a harmonious blend of hoppy bitterness and subtle malt sweetness. The crisp finish left me eager for the next sip, making it a perfect choice for a warm summer night.

Sipping on this IPA while enjoying the energetic performance of the Summer Nights band was an experience to remember. “Michell saved the day!! We had a group of eight for dinner and our original server took our orders and never came back from break. Michell took over and was helpful, funny, and courteous. All of the food was good but some of us ordered the Thanksgiving Pasties and they were DELICIOUS. Highly recommend Ghost Town Grill over any of the faster places at Knotts. Ony request for Knotts- bring back the Boysenberry Gin & Tonics! They were FABULOUS and we were so disappointed you took them off the menu!“

“I took my 87 year old mother to dine here and the place was clean and the ambiance was nice and homey however the food had no flavor at all the chicken was bland their famous rhubarb was awful it tasted like poison the salads were beginning to turn brown. I ordered the chicken noodle soup and I did enjoy that along with the biscuits and corn straight out of the can no butter no seasoning just hot.I wouldn't recommend the restaurant even though it's been in the community for a long time. Maybe it's time to change and make it Great“

“The mac and cheese is delicious and so was the fresh cornbread , I think they ran out of the fresh cornbread tho later in the day because it was prepackaged and different hours later but if you get it early in the day when it’s fresh with real corn it’s delicious“

The amount of food for the money was good, we split the chicken and waffles and the sides were good. Chicken noodle soup was excellent as was the rhubarb and salad. The soggy cabbage was terrible.“
