Black Angus Steakhouse Reviews
Our server was friendly, engaged and responsive. Food was good. Filet had a disappointing amount of fat on it.
This restaurant opens at 3 from Monday-Thursday so we were the first to arrive at the restaurant. My wife and I had reservations but since we were first, they didn't even ask. I can't remember the name of our server ( I think it might be Brooke) but she was great, we have been to this restaurant many times and we still haven't had a bad server. Staff at this place are the most caring and they want you to enjoy your time at the restaurant. I hope they stay open for a long time.
They were a little shortstaffed, and although our server was very nice, it would've been nice. If all the food hit the table at the same time it felt awkward, waiting 10 minutes for our friend who was actually paying the bill to be the last one served.

Black Angus Steakhouse offers a welcoming dining experience with delicious food and friendly staff. The restaurant features a fun atmosphere decorated with cowboy-style art. While the lighting inside could be better, the service remains impressive, with attentive staff such as CJ and the waiter with cool glasses receiving praise. Highlights include the savory peppery prime rib and filet mignon, both praised for their quality, with the filet described as melting in the mouth. The lamb chops and steak are also cooked to perfection. Guests enjoy the house salad, which is served fresh and cold, and the Sky-High Mud Pie dessert has received positive comments. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible and accommodating, making it a welcoming spot for all. Reservations are recommended for holidays. Some guests noted minor issues, like a mix-up with a Groupon, and slow service in an area with few tables, which affected the experience. One visitor’s son’s meat was not cooked correctly and was sent back, returning overcooked. Despite these issues, many customers visit at least twice a month to enjoy the excellent food and service. Recently, guests appreciated the delicious ribs during the Rum Experience, and others praised the attentive service provided by CJ, who helped make the evening very enjoyable. Additionally, a special anniversary celebration highlighted the juicy, tender steak cooked to perfection, making it a memorable occasion. Guests also enjoyed the Campfire Feast for 2, including hot honey Brussels sprouts, a generous salad, grilled salmon, ribs, broccoli, and carrot cake to finish the meal.
