Jose V was someone who made sure I came back to your establishment. There seemed to be another lady who didn't care about anybody else but one lady at the bar. She was in her FaceTime and texting whomever she wanted. I was never spoken to by her and I wish I was I was ready to order but her customer service turned me off and I figured everyone other than Jose V was like that. As a 24 year veteran of the hospitality industry it's make me sad that too many people act that way

Imitation crab for lobster Mac and cheese? Black angus you gotta do better. Came in here with family. Love coming in for campfire feast. Such a great value. Decided I would upgrade a sidekick to the "lobster feta Mac and cheese." There might have been 1 piece of what one could consider lobster, not even sure at this point. If I would have known it would have been made like this with imitation crab, I definitely would not have ordered it. Consistently good service and good value, so I'll keep coming like I have been for the past few years. But seriously black angus has to do better.

Just stopped in for phoned-in takeout and decided to wait at the bar. Dennise was awesome with a great greeting, excellent service and knew when to check on us and when to leave us be. The atmosphere was great and we ended up staying much longer than scheduled??The takeout order was accurate and exactly as anticipated. We appreciate that you can depend on the consistency of their delicious food regardless of what location you’re at.This isn’t our local Black Angus but when we are out this way we will definitely stop in.

Black Angus rocks! The Campfire Feast is one of the best deals of any chain restaurant. Where else can you get a boneless ribeye and a full rack of baby backs with apps, sides, and dessert for $65? Shout out to Justine who took care of us last week even though I was a little annoying with my order. She was patient and treated me and my son great. Definitely will be back!

Seated next to kitchen & picked up a lot of kitchen noise. Server brought 1 salad late & orders had potatoes not ordered & 1 of the dinners did not have the vegetables ordered. However, the server fixed these food items promptly. Otherwise, food was wonderful.

If you're looking for petite steak, delicious shrimp, big potatoes, decadent smooth smashed potatoes. This is NOT the place. The most dry potatoes (sand texture) tiny steak, soggy shrimp. DO NOT waste your money!!!!!

Made reservations day before Valentine's Day for Buena Park restaurant for 2 in bar. Got seated in dining area (not bar), shortly after our reservation time. Staff at desk were very friendly and accommodating. Great server who went out of her way to make our night special. Great specials. Food served quickly and hot.
David in the Bar seating area was the best. Definitely manager material. He saved the night. Our original waiter took over half hour to take our order and then David came in there place and man he is an outstanding waiter. We ordered the filet mignon.and it was so tender and delicious. Overall great night

Service was very slow. It took a long time to get our food. We had to sit for long periods of time with no drinks. We were never asked by our server if everything was alright after we finally got our food. We had to call our server over when we needed anything, even though our empty glasses were sitting at the end of the table.
