“HI, I have to be honest. I was trying to find a way to contact Flappy Jacks as I have a proposition I think would be perfect for Flappy Jacks I have what is probably a bit of an unusual idea. Or maybe just a good idea. I know it is an unusual way to contact you but there was no email address. So I hope this works. I am from Columbia Missouri and I am visiting my Son, Grand Kids, and family there, just a few blocks to the East of Tustin. I am a musician, part time, and I like to street busk (play music on the streets) for grins. I noticed your nostalgic decor and your Elvis statues and the mural featuring the St Louis Arch, which is in Missouri on the Mississippi, of course, where I am from, and the 1930s, 40s and 50s nostalgia, and I wondered if you ever considered, or entertained the notion of having a little nostalgic live music, every now and then, perhaps even if only just once as an experiment. I just happen to play that old classic blues from that era, mostly, at least in this capacity, as Mr. Fletcher's One Man Blues Band. And I thought we might make a pretty good match up. As I said, at least, as an experiment. You can check me out at Facebook "Keith Fletcher, musician." Though most of that music is from my original music shows, and not my one man blues sets. I noticed you had a nice patio area where I could play outside and it might be a nice treat for your customers to have a bit of entertainment, just for a change of pace. They might really appreciate it since they obviously like your atmosphere. I don't play loud music. Unless folks want that, but I prefer to play soft. Or at least in situations like this. I've been the house band for BBQ joints and restaurants on several occasions. So I am familiar with the proper decorum. Mostly I was just looking for a little music adventure in CA within a walking distance of my Son's house, where I could carry a very tiny amp about the size of a cracker box, and my guitar to a gig. I thought maybe about just doing a street gig but saw your venue and something seemed to click. I hope you think so too. I estimate you are about a mile walking distance from his house and I only need an electrical plug. And probably some cool beverages. Like I said, I'm mostly in it for a small musical adventure, and so will play for tips, though, maybe you can pay me with free cold beverages, especially if it is hot, and maybe a sandwich or meal depending on how long I am there. It all looks delicious to me. If you find you'd like to host me again, and want me back, that might be possible over the week, and I may be back for the Christmas holiday. I might even be able to talk my Son into bringing the kids and family. Could be a total bust, or could be a very nice thing, but nothing ventured, nothing gained. Who knows? If it worked out well enough for both of us, you might even want to do it again sometime, Maybe even offer some kind of fee next time, if there is a next time. Life is an adventure. You / we, might stumble onto something good. If you would like to give it a whirl, what day and time would you think is good to catch a crowd? The staff are so humble and they make you feel that you are at home,, my daughters and I visited his restaurant Sunday the 16th around 11 Ish the place it was already busy and we were party of eight kind of big party, but this sweet girl with all the respect was able to accommodate us even on a busy day and pretty much she always was paying attention to our table for any needs, unfortunately, I didn’t have a chance to get her name to add it on this review but overall this place is good delicious and I will definitely go back over and over again“

“Awesome breakfast and lunch spot in Westminster. The place is famous for their breakfast burritos but I went for the muffin because I wasn’t as hungry. The flavors are amazing as people claim. The people there were kind and friendly too. Definitely coming back.“

We ordered several breakfast
sandwiches and an avocado toast with egg. The brioche buns were really delicious very soft, fresh, and buttery. The eggs were cooked well and the sandwiches tasted great overall.
The avocado toast was okay, nothing special, but still decent. The place itself is clean, modern, and cozy, and the service was friendly and fast.
I would definitely come back for the sandwiches and recommend this place if you like brioche style breakfast sandwiches.“

Staff is kind and courteous and service always with a smile!! Christina and Justin are the best! Christina gave our son a Strawberry lemonade and loved it!

“I have had The One Breakfast Burrito 3 different times now and each time I have been blown away! Now prior to this I wasn't into Breakfast burritos. They were either all half cooked hash browns and lot of eggs with little to no meat. Or all the ingredients like the meat and cheese were on one side and the eggs on the other ingredients were on the other side and dry with no consistency. I love The One Breakfast Burrito!! The ingredients are fresh and they way it is built you will have meat, eggs, tater tots, cheese and sauce in every bite! The tater tots gives this burrito a different texture and taste. “Tried breakfast for dinner at IHOP in La Habra and ordered an Impossible Plant-Based Sausage Power Combo. The egg white scrambled eggs tasted light and fluffy; the plant-based sausage patties might need more salt. Pleasantly, the hash browns had no burned edges. Diners can pour four flavors (old fashioned, butter pecan, blueberry or strawberry) on the protein pancakes. Overall enjoyable dining experience tonight.“

Service was fast and friendly, which made for a great start to the day. The omelet was delicious, with a nice, even mix of ingredients throughout. The home fries were a generous portion and perfectly cooked with just the right amount of crispy edges and flavorful peppers and onions. The toast was nicely browned, buttery, and served with both strawberry and grape jelly—though strawberry is always the clear winner in my book.

“Everything's fine, as usual. But just after finishing our meal, immediately the waitress bringed the bill.

It was an awkward moment, as if they were trying to get us to leave as soon as posible. We didn't order our usual dessert and coffee after our meal. We decided to leave and find another place for our dessert.“

Our family ordered breakfast items, including omelets and the Split Decision plates. My wife’s Build Your Own Omelet came out missing a couple of ingredients, but impressively, the kitchen and Rosario caught the mistake before we even had a chance to say anything and fixed it right away.

I did end up grabbing condiments myself after asking, but Rosario appeared to be the only server managing five other tables and handling to-go orders—so it’s understandable. She definitely deserves some extra support, but she stayed friendly and professional throughout.

“Had a good breakfast buffet at TusCA. However, Mickey Waffles are on the kids menu and our table ordered 2 orders as we are big fans of Mickey Waffles. The picture they use to promote the waffles look like legitimate Mickey waffles like you would get at any real Disney hotel. It was very deceiving that it was NOT what we received. So Mickey Waffles fans looking for the real thing, you'll need to go elsewhere. See pictures for reference. However we did find the waffle good. The breakfast buffet was nice. Bacon was good, nice assortment of pastries, fruit, eggs, potatoes, and omletes made to order. Would definitely eat here again.“
