Keto Queso tacos are the best by far. My go to is always al pastor which they have amazingly prepared with the perfect spice. I have never found a taco made like this for myself as I can't eat tortillas. I normally have to just order a side of meat, not with these guys! Also amazing beer battered avocado, wish I tried the mushroom but there is always tomorrow!

Tacos El Gringo is a food truck that serves some of the best breakfast burritos around. The tri tip breakfast burrito is huge, so good, and has all the fixins. The farmhouse burrito is worth every penny and sets the example of what a good breakfast burrito should be. The breaky burrito with carne asada has an even ratio, and the breaky taco with bacon is perfect, filled with bacon and avocado. The green chilaquiles + asada burrito is a favorite, with a portion size that is definitely shareable. Their meats are all perfectly cooked, including the al pastor. They also have a new banana smoothie drink that is really good. The Chipotle sauce is loved, but their habañero sauce is straight up pureed habañero, very spicy and not for the faint of heart. The service is friendly, and despite a possible wait, it is definitely worth the drive every time. It is a really great place and totally recommended.
