“I stopped by this morning because I was craving some really good pancakes, and they definitely hit the spot! 🥞 My breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the coffee was fresh and perfect. It was nice and quiet before the morning rush, which made it even more enjoyable.

Our server, Sonia, was incredibly sweet and kind. She always had a smile on her face and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. The food was amazing, and the service was outstanding. I’ll definitely be coming back!👍😋☺“

“I have had The One Breakfast Burrito 3 different times now and each time I have been blown away! Now prior to this I wasn't into Breakfast burritos. They were either all half cooked hash browns and lot of eggs with little to no meat. Or all the ingredients like the meat and cheese were on one side and the eggs on the other ingredients were on the other side and dry with no consistency. I love The One Breakfast Burrito!! The ingredients are fresh and they way it is built you will have meat, eggs, tater tots, cheese and sauce in every bite! The tater tots gives this burrito a different texture and taste. No dry half done potatoes. And the service is great, I oder and go pick of from Doordash.“

“HI, I have to be honest. I was trying to find a way to contact Flappy Jacks as I have a proposition I think would be perfect for Flappy Jacks I have what is probably a bit of an unusual idea. Or maybe just a good idea. I know it is an unusual way to contact you but there was no email address. So I hope this works. I am from Columbia Missouri and I am visiting my Son, Grand Kids, and family there, just a few blocks to the East of Tustin. I am a musician, part time, and I like to street busk (play music on the streets) for grins. I noticed your nostalgic decor and your Elvis statues and the mural featuring the St Louis Arch, which is in Missouri on the Mississippi, of course, where I am from, and the 1930s, 40s and 50s nostalgia, and I wondered if you ever considered, or entertained the notion of having a little nostalgic live music, every now and then, perhaps even if only just once as an experiment. I just happen to play that old classic blues from that era, mostly, at least in this capacity, as Mr. Fletcher's One Man Blues Band. And I thought we might make a pretty good match up. As I said, at least, as an experiment. You can check me out at Facebook "Keith Fletcher, musician." Though most of that music is from my original music shows, and not my one man blues sets. I noticed you had a nice patio area where I could play outside and it might be a nice treat for your customers to have a bit of entertainment, just for a change of pace. They might really appreciate it since they obviously like your atmosphere. I don't play loud music. Unless folks want that, but I prefer to play soft. Or at least in situations like this. I've been the house band for BBQ joints and restaurants on several occasions. So I am familiar with the proper decorum. Mostly I was just looking for a little music adventure in CA within a walking distance of my Son's house, where I could carry a very tiny amp about the size of a cracker box, and my guitar to a gig. I thought maybe about just doing a street gig but saw your venue and something seemed to click. I hope you think so too. I estimate you are about a mile walking distance from his house and I only need an electrical plug. And probably some cool beverages. Like I said, I'm mostly in it for a small musical adventure, and so will play for tips, though, maybe you can pay me with free cold beverages, especially if it is hot, and maybe a sandwich or meal depending on how long I am there. It all looks delicious to me. If you find you'd like to host me again, and want me back, that might be possible over the week, and I may be back for the Christmas holiday. I might even be able to talk my Son into bringing the kids and family. Could be a total bust, or could be a very nice thing, but nothing ventured, nothing gained. Who knows? If it worked out well enough for both of us, you might even want to do it again sometime, Maybe even offer some kind of fee next time, if there is a next time. Life is an adventure. You / we, might stumble onto something good. If you would like to give it a whirl, what day and time would you think is good to catch a crowd? “This was my first visit to Shorty'z and I was not disappointed.
The place was clean, the atmosphere was casual and was greeted promptly.
I ordered the Turkey Omelet which was recommended by Shorty himself. Very nice guy. Good recommendation. It was very good. The hash browns were cooked perfectly as well.
My Google maps said they are known for their breakfast burritos. I'll have to try that next time I visit Shorty'z.

“Came in to try the kimchi fried rice since the change in name and ownership. The food has all been improved and recipes tweaked a little bit. The new kimchi recipe is twice as good as before. The food came out fast and was absolutely delicious. All of the employees were nice and smiled when greeting us. The restaurant was clean and had a relaxing and bright atmosphere. I will definitely be back again.“

We ordered several breakfast
sandwiches and an avocado toast with egg. The brioche buns were really delicious very soft, fresh, and buttery. The eggs were cooked well and the sandwiches tasted great overall.
The avocado toast was okay, nothing special, but still decent. The place itself is clean, modern, and cozy, and the service was friendly and fast.
I would definitely come back for the sandwiches and recommend this place if you like brioche style breakfast sandwiches.“

“Discovered Harry's over 20 years ago, when we lived nearby. While the Spires across the street has now turned into Goldenwest, glad Harry's is still there. “Super soft donuts even a day later. Best donuts I've tried in my 45 years of existence. Breakfast burritos filled the three of us unless you are a monster muncher. The tortilla almost seems homemade. The ingredients are fresh and flavorful. The orange juice is freshly squeezed and delicious. Came down from the bay area to try them out. Going back for more. **Update, they open early, so if you are going to Disney, then this place is right down the street, just map it. Always great soft moist donuts. Vietnamese coffee, great and you can ask for it even stronger. Ask for the secret sauce. Low quantities of donuts at 11:00 am.“

Helen was quick on delivery, she was willing to work with us to add variation to the lunches and her prices could not be beat. The employees we were training highly complimented all the food. “Honestly, I felt really bad walking in literally as soon as they opened but surprisingly I was treated and welcomed in with a smile!
You do have to wait outside tho so they can find a table for you, please make sure to leave your name in the paper with the exact number of group that you have if you have one.
The maximum group amount there is 6 since it's a smaller cafe/brunch restaurant.
I got sat down very fast the wait wasn't even a minute.
My server Lukas (with a K) was very helpful and friendly, the host as well was checking on me every once in a while along side Lukas. Great smile, great customer service.
I got the Bukowski Combo with turkey bacon (since I cannot eat bacon) which I was surprised they had to be honest +1 bonus points! I'm also very happy with the fact that the potato's are grilled not friend which is very easy on the stomach specially this early, I personally should've asked for it extra well but that's for next time! Eggs got them over easy which was SO DELICIOUS I might add. This was my first ever time trying the turkey bacon and it did not disappoint.
I also did get a black coffee but I drank that after the food.
Overall 11/10 experience, I will definitely be back.“

Me, personally loved loved loved every minute I was impressed with the atmosphere , the service was 5 star and a food was served at the correct temperature and the tea selection was A+++ . Note HARNEY & SONS ( Paris, Japanese Sence),

Iced Tea was unbelievable.
We hope they will have the Mad Hatter's Tea for Mother's Day next year.
