The staff are so humble and they make you feel that you are at home,, my daughters and I visited his restaurant Sunday the 16th around 11 Ish the place it was already busy and we were party of eight kind of big party, but this sweet girl with all the respect was able to accommodate us even on a busy day and pretty much she always was paying attention to our table for any needs, unfortunately, I didn’t have a chance to get her name to add it on this review but overall this place is good delicious and I will definitely go back over and over again“

Their pancakes are simply the best we’ve ever tried in America - they’re absolutely amazing!
We’ve sampled a variety of their dishes, including omelets, pancakes, French toast, and regular toasts -everything is top-notch and delicious.
Their Mexican coffee is just the best so flavorful and better than anywhere else.

We also want to highlight the incredible service and cozy atmosphere.

“I have had The One Breakfast Burrito 3 different times now and each time I have been blown away! Now prior to this I wasn't into Breakfast burritos. They were either all half cooked hash browns and lot of eggs with little to no meat. Or all the ingredients like the meat and cheese were on one side and the eggs on the other ingredients were on the other side and dry with no consistency. I love The One Breakfast Burrito!! The ingredients are fresh and they way it is built you will have meat, eggs, tater tots, cheese and sauce in every bite! The tater tots gives this burrito a different texture and taste. No dry half done potatoes. And the service is great, I oder and go pick of from Doordash.“

You can tell they really care about taking care of their customers. The food was on point across the board. “I was in the area for work and decided to stop in for breakfast. There was no wait—I was seated right away and had my drink in front of me within minutes. I ordered the Hobo Omelet with home fries (topped with onions and peppers) and white toast.

Service was fast and friendly, which made for a great start to the day. The omelet was delicious, with a nice, even mix of ingredients throughout. The home fries were a generous portion and perfectly cooked with just the right amount of crispy edges and flavorful peppers and onions. The toast was nicely browned, buttery, and served with both strawberry and grape jelly—though strawberry is always the clear winner in my book.

“We are the Ladies of Charity Los Angeles ,that book there Mad Hatter 's Tea today. We chose this tea house to have this Event this year and to date the most impressive and delightful to date.
Me, personally loved loved loved every minute I was impressed with the atmosphere , the service was 5 star and a food was served at the correct temperature and the tea selection was A+++ . Note HARNEY & SONS ( Paris, Japanese Sence),
TEA FORTE (White ginger pear).
Iced Tea was unbelievable.
We hope they will have the Mad Hatter's Tea for Mother's Day next year.
Our Ladies can not stop talking about what a wonderful time that was had by all.

From the moment we walked in, Flora—our hostess and unofficial vibe curator—set the tone with her quick wit and infectious energy. Attentive, friendly, and totally on top of it. When there was a small hiccup with my coffee order, he handled it like a pro—no fuss, no delay, just a perfectly remade cup in record time. Speaking of coffee: the Breakfast Republic Specialty Latte? Absolutely phenomenal. One of those drinks you think about long after you’ve left. We both went with scrambles, and let me just say—come hungry. The portions are generous (borderline heroic), and everything was packed with flavor. No sad, skimpy brunch plates here. Big shoutout to Tony, the manager, for clearly building and leading such a stellar team. The energy, the service, the attention to detail—it all trickles down, and it shows.
