“Love everything about this spot. Super cute breakfast and lunch spot. I ended up getting the blood OJ and coffee which I recommend. Followed by their breakfast asada burrito and scrambled eggs with chives sandwich. Both were really tasty. The dessert is good but on the sweeter side. The girl at the register was so nice and sweet. “Had a good breakfast buffet at TusCA. However, Mickey Waffles are on the kids menu and our table ordered 2 orders as we are big fans of Mickey Waffles. The picture they use to promote the waffles look like legitimate Mickey waffles like you would get at any real Disney hotel. It was very deceiving that it was NOT what we received. So Mickey Waffles fans looking for the real thing, you'll need to go elsewhere. See pictures for reference. However we did find the waffle good. The breakfast buffet was nice. Bacon was good, nice assortment of pastries, fruit, eggs, potatoes, and omletes made to order. Would definitely eat here again.“

“first time. lovely experience. everything was very good, but not extraordinary. the avocado toast was pretty bland, couldn’t taste the avocado or cream cheese. the turkish coffee was a surprise - i don’t usually drink black coffee unless it’s very good coffee, this one i could drink it black. loved the candy that came with the coffee. service was basic, more like neighborhood family restaurant style, and they both were on the quiet side. the decor was nice and chic, not so fancy. the place was clean and quiet. overall, it’s good but on the pricier end.“

“My wife & I have been eating at The Broken Yolk Cafe in Irvine for several years now and we absolutely love the delicious food and the wonderful service, particularly via our regular server Alicia. She has such a positive attitude and shares our love of dogs. She always makes sure to bring our dog Maizie a bowl of water and a pup cup whenever we go there. I cannot recommend this Broken Yolk location and Alicia enough.“

I am from Columbia Missouri and I am visiting my Son, Grand Kids, and family there, just a few blocks to the East of Tustin. I am a musician, part time, and I like to street busk (play music on the streets) for grins. I noticed your nostalgic decor and your Elvis statues and the mural featuring the St Louis Arch, which is in Missouri on the Mississippi, of course, where I am from, and the 1930s, 40s and 50s nostalgia, and I wondered if you ever considered, or entertained the notion of having a little nostalgic live music, every now and then, perhaps even if only just once as an experiment. I just happen to play that old classic blues from that era, mostly, at least in this capacity, as Mr. Fletcher's One Man Blues Band. And I thought we might make a pretty good match up. As I said, at least, as an experiment. You can check me out at Facebook "Keith Fletcher, musician." Though most of that music is from my original music shows, and not my one man blues sets. I noticed you had a nice patio area where I could play outside and it might be a nice treat for your customers to have a bit of entertainment, just for a change of pace. They might really appreciate it since they obviously like your atmosphere. I don't play loud music. Unless folks want that, but I prefer to play soft. Or at least in situations like this. I've been the house band for BBQ joints and restaurants on several occasions. So I am familiar with the proper decorum. Mostly I was just looking for a little music adventure in CA within a walking distance of my Son's house, where I could carry a very tiny amp about the size of a cracker box, and my guitar to a gig. I thought maybe about just doing a street gig but saw your venue and something seemed to click. I hope you think so too. I estimate you are about a mile walking distance from his house and I only need an electrical plug. And probably some cool beverages. Like I said, I'm mostly in it for a small musical adventure, and so will play for tips, though, maybe you can pay me with free cold beverages, especially if it is hot, and maybe a sandwich or meal depending on how long I am there. It all looks delicious to me. If you find you'd like to host me again, and want me back, that might be possible over the week, and I may be back for the Christmas holiday. I might even be able to talk my Son into bringing the kids and family. Could be a total bust, or could be a very nice thing, but nothing ventured, nothing gained. Who knows? If it worked out well enough for both of us, you might even want to do it again sometime, Maybe even offer some kind of fee next time, if there is a next time. Life is an adventure. You / we, might stumble onto something good. If you would like to give it a whirl, what day and time would you think is good to catch a crowd? The staff are so humble and they make you feel that you are at home,, my daughters and I visited his restaurant Sunday the 16th around 11 Ish the place it was already busy and we were party of eight kind of big party, but this sweet girl with all the respect was able to accommodate us even on a busy day and pretty much she always was paying attention to our table for any needs, unfortunately, I didn’t have a chance to get her name to add it on this review but overall this place is good delicious and I will definitely go back over and over again“

“We have eaten here many times and the food has always been great. The server was great and my coffee NEVER ran out! Very important for me. I decided to try the eggs benedict, it was a busy Sunday so this may explain it some, but it was a disappointment. One egg was right the other over poached and hard. The hollendaise tasted like way to much mustard. There was only a small amount and had to ask for more which I didn't actually want once I tasted it. BUT, the potato pancakes were awesome and the spinach with cheese omelet was perfect! On person had the Belgian waffle which was also perfect. I will continue to eat here just won't have the eggs Benedict.
Prices have gone up but what restaurant hasn't had to raise them?“

We ordered several breakfast
sandwiches and an avocado toast with egg. The brioche buns were really delicious very soft, fresh, and buttery. The eggs were cooked well and the sandwiches tasted great overall.
The avocado toast was okay, nothing special, but still decent. The place itself is clean, modern, and cozy, and the service was friendly and fast.

Staff is kind and courteous and service always with a smile!! Christina and Justin are the best! Christina gave our son a Strawberry lemonade and loved it!

As someone who recently moved from Koreatown LA to a gateway city, I had to find my go to Korean restaurant and I think this is one of my favorite places. We like to get the Uhndaegoo jorim (braised black cod). Some of our other favorites are the dahk gae jang, as well as the bohtsahm. The atmosphere is very modest and simple, but this is the kind of place that suits me.

The home fries were a generous portion and perfectly cooked with just the right amount of crispy edges and flavorful peppers and onions.
