“I highly recommend this place. The staff are so humble and they make you feel that you are at home,, my daughters and I visited his restaurant Sunday the 16th around 11 Ish the place it was already busy and we were party of eight kind of big party, but this sweet girl with all the respect was able to accommodate us even on a busy day and pretty much she always was paying attention to our table for any needs, unfortunately, I didn’t have a chance to get her name to add it on this review but overall this place is good delicious and I will definitely go back over and over again“

“I’ve been here for breakfast but did you know they also have lunch options too?!!! I was excited to try them since I love all their breakfast stuff and I was definitely happy! Everything I had was 😋 yummy! They also had these canned popping boba drinks and that was a nice surprise, I got the Lychee one and would definitely buy it again.

“I had chocolate chip pancakes and they were so good!! Their house made whipped cream is delicious. I had them make my western omelet into a scramble and it was amazing. The amount of food served is huge. I could only eat have of it. Warmed it up and ate it the next day. It was still delicious!! Worth the trip and money spent.“

The Sugar Shack is know for its French toast, which didn't disappoint, nor did the biscuits and gravy.

“first time. lovely experience. everything was very good, but not extraordinary. the avocado toast was pretty bland, couldn’t taste the avocado or cream cheese. the turkish coffee was a surprise - i don’t usually drink black coffee unless it’s very good coffee, this one i could drink it black. loved the candy that came with the coffee. service was basic, more like neighborhood family restaurant style, and they both were on the quiet side. the decor was nice and chic, not so fancy. the place was clean and quiet. overall, it’s good but on the pricier end.“

“Discovered Harry's over 20 years ago, when we lived nearby. While the Spires across the street has now turned into Goldenwest, glad Harry's is still there. “I live in AZ and come to Santa Ana to visit my daughter & her husband. We always come here for breakfast during my visit. We love this restaurant! On my last visit, I had a slight mishap in the parking lot. When we came in, Lulu took us quickly to a nearby booth. She was our server, and was wonderful! So very kind and helpful. The manager, Mauro, came over to me with an ice pack, which was very thoughtful and caring. Their food is fantastic, very delicious! Several members of the staff remember us and are so friendly! Will be going again very soon!“

“The service here was phenomenal honestly. They told me they'd have a wait list of 20-25 mins so I stopped away for a while, when I came back, the server recognized me and ran out to inform me a table was cleared and got me seated quick. Once seated, the service from there was amazing and very quick. Once we had left, my brother forgot his sunglasses on the table and we never realized it until one of the waiters came running outside and found us and returned the glasses. Honestly, I'd rare them 10 out of 5 if I could. God bless you all and thank you for everything. Keep on keeping on, always!“

It's fine. The coffee is usual poor diner type. But once you get over that, eat some meat and eggs and pancakes and all is fine.“
