The Potholder Cafe is a great place for breakfast. The food is consistently good, and the prices are very fair. Specific meals mentioned include a chicken fajita omelette with potatoes and English muffin, breakfast enchiladas, gluten free pancakes and waffles, and a vegan Benedict. The hot coffee is amazing. The restaurant offers a quiet place to eat early in the morning, with dining outside and wheelchair accessibilities. The staff is great and very nice. Service from Tiffany was great. The people are genuinely happy to be there. It is one of the best places for breakfast in Long Beach for Gluten free breakfast. The vegan options are appreciated. It is recommended to everybody and anybody.
