Vita Italian Grill, located at the Hyatt, offers a breakfast buffet and menu items. The food is fresh, tasty, and locally sourced, with huge portion sizes. The buffet includes bacon, pastries, fruit, eggs, potatoes, and omelets made to order. However, some found the buffet price not worth it due to generic food and little variety. The chia seed pudding was mostly chia. Mickey Waffles fans should note the waffles received did not match the promotional picture, though the waffle itself was good. Service can be spotty or slow, but servers are nice and friendly. Specific staff members, including Ruben and manager Ryan, provided excellent, attentive service and went above and beyond. The environment is convenient for Hyatt guests with lots of seating and cool decorations, though the layout is odd. Overall, it is a great breakfast spot with delicious food, excellent service, and a relaxed, enjoyable experience.
