This Starbucks is located inside the Hyatt hotel so it is really busy with the hotel guest. The service is quick and the people are nice and helpful.However I took away stars because of the app issues which I know has nothing to do with the location. I paid $6 for a plain bagel $4.05 and cream cheese $1.75!!!!!!! Prices are ridiculous. You also can't order ice water on the app so you have to stay in the long line for it.I would avoid this place if you're not staying at the hotel.

A worker was too busy talking to his coworkers and mistakenly made the drink incorrectly, using regular milk instead of almond, and if he hand't caught his mistake (which he thankfully did) I would have become very ill. They took very long to produce my order due to all the talking, but luckily the man was talking about his new job so this shouldn't be a problem for other customers in the future. Very disturbed by the mistake though, as allergens are not something to be played...read full review
