Came here on Grand Opening Day in the morning. Half and hour b4 opening time to get in line,
They had a special promo of $ 4 a sandwich of choice.
I’ve heard thru Ig/influencer on the Grand opening details.
What I ordered
~ SPICY ROYAL WEST sandwich. It had bulgogi Patti and like a spicy mayo flavoring. Not spicy at all. Sandwich was delicious indeed especially the fluffy eggs the sandwich had.
Associates were friendly. And for a grand opening celebration. We got the food on a timely manner,
The restaurant i self and a handful of tables indoor & patio chairs outside.
Lots of parking available. Located next to TMobile, Tilly’s, Chipotle restaurant side in the Anaheim Festival Plaza.“

Their pancakes are simply the best we’ve ever tried in America - they’re absolutely amazing!
We’ve sampled a variety of their dishes, including omelets, pancakes, French toast, and regular toasts -everything is top-notch and delicious.
Their Mexican coffee is just the best so flavorful and better than anywhere else.
We also want to highlight the incredible service and cozy atmosphere.
The entire staff is super friendly and welcoming, and the vibe feels like you’re not in a restaurant at all, but hanging out at a friend’s place or with people you’ve known forever.🥹🙏🏼

“Super soft donuts even a day later. Best donuts I've tried in my 45 years of existence. Breakfast burritos filled the three of us unless you are a monster muncher. The tortilla almost seems homemade. The ingredients are fresh and flavorful. The orange juice is freshly squeezed and delicious. Came down from the bay area to try them out. Going back for more. **Update, they open early, so if you are going to Disney, then this place is right down the street, just map it. Always great soft moist donuts. Vietnamese coffee, great and you can ask for it even stronger. Ask for the secret sauce. Low quantities of donuts at 11:00 am.“

“The food was great, and the place looked beautiful, however there was one weird thing about it. Throughout us eating here, there were these random animals that kept coming up to us. At first it was fine, just like ducks and chipmunks, but then i started seeing mice? It just kinda weirded me out, but then we saw a tiger and a bear?! I just can’t believe they let these animals into the restaurant.“

“For fellow Brits if you think of Little Chef in the 90s, you'll understand what happens at IHOP.
It's fine. The coffee is usual poor diner type. But once you get over that, eat some meat and eggs and pancakes and all is fine.“

“Visiting from out of town and not use to the humidity we stopped in to beat the heat for a few seconds, a very nice worker named Daniel came over and saw how hot we were, he offered us ice water and proceeded let us stay as along as we wanted. Thank you for your kindness much appreciated, very friendly environment and clean.“

“Kid #2 & I went here. After all the other blah meals even at other national chains we've been having in the area, this one was a nice surprise at how tasty it was. It really hit the spot. And the waitress was polite, friendly & quick.“
