Came here on Grand Opening Day in the morning. Half and hour b4 opening time to get in line,

They had a special promo of $ 4 a sandwich of choice.

I’ve heard thru Ig/influencer on the Grand opening details.

What I ordered

~ SPICY ROYAL WEST sandwich. It had bulgogi Patti and like a spicy mayo flavoring. Not spicy at all. Sandwich was delicious indeed especially the fluffy eggs the sandwich had.

Associates were friendly. And for a grand opening celebration. We got the food on a timely manner,

The restaurant i self and a handful of tables indoor & patio chairs outside.

Lots of parking available. Located next to TMobile, Tilly’s, Chipotle restaurant side in the Anaheim Festival Plaza.“

“The food was great, and the place looked beautiful, however there was one weird thing about it. Throughout us eating here, there were these random animals that kept coming up to us. At first it was fine, just like ducks and chipmunks, but then i started seeing mice? It just kinda weirded me out, but then we saw a tiger and a bear?! “Super soft donuts even a day later. Best donuts I've tried in my 45 years of existence. Breakfast burritos filled the three of us unless you are a monster muncher. The tortilla almost seems homemade. The ingredients are fresh and flavorful. The orange juice is freshly squeezed and delicious. Came down from the bay area to try them out. Going back for more. **Update, they open early, so if you are going to Disney, then this place is right down the street, just map it. Always great soft moist donuts. Vietnamese coffee, great and you can ask for it even stronger. Ask for the secret sauce. Low quantities of donuts at 11:00 am.“

“Honestly, I felt really bad walking in literally as soon as they opened but surprisingly I was treated and welcomed in with a smile!
You do have to wait outside tho so they can find a table for you, please make sure to leave your name in the paper with the exact number of group that you have if you have one.
The maximum group amount there is 6 since it's a smaller cafe/brunch restaurant.
I got sat down very fast the wait wasn't even a minute.
My server Lukas (with a K) was very helpful and friendly, the host as well was checking on me every once in a while along side Lukas. Great smile, great customer service.
I got the Bukowski Combo with turkey bacon (since I cannot eat bacon) which I was surprised they had to be honest +1 bonus points! I'm also very happy with the fact that the potato's are grilled not friend which is very easy on the stomach specially this early, I personally should've asked for it extra well but that's for next time! Eggs got them over easy which was SO DELICIOUS I might add. This was my first ever time trying the turkey bacon and it did not disappoint.
I also did get a black coffee but I drank that after the food.
Overall 11/10 experience, I will definitely be back.“

It's fine. The coffee is usual poor diner type. But once you get over that, eat some meat and eggs and pancakes and all is fine.“
