This place is perhaps one of the most overlooked gems in Anaheim. It is not big, it is not fancy, and it is not over the top like a lot of places around Disney. But it is also not crowded or dramatically overpriced! Chambers Bar and Bistro is located in the lobby of Hotel Indigo and serves up a variety of breakfast, lunch, and happy hour dishes all packed full of flavor. They are a great place for Indigo guests and guests staying nearby to enjoy a fast full service or to-go breakfast meal. I’ve stayed at the Hotel Indigo twice and had breakfast at Chambers. The burritos are amazing, as are the churro waffles. And the staff are super friendly and attentive. I would go out of my way to eat breakfast here.
