This place is perhaps one of the most overlooked gems in Anaheim. It is not big, it is not fancy, and it is not over the top like a lot of places around Disney. But it is also not crowded or dramatically overpriced! This place has a solid menu with enough variety to keep everyone happy for breakfast or dinner at prices that are not only reasonable but appropriate. After spending a week in Anaheim fighting for access to every restaurant in or near Disney, only to be outraged by the exorbitant prices, mediocre food and lackluster service, we found ourselves coming back to Chambers time and again. There was never a wait, service was AMAZING (Jose G is one of the nicest guys we have ever met and is amazingly thoughtful and attentive) and the prices and food were reasonable. Should we come back to Anaheim and Disney we will very likely stay at Hotel Indigo again, and we will eat here probably every day.

Chambers Bar and Bistro is located in the lobby of Hotel Indigo and serves up a variety of breakfast, lunch, and happy hour dishes all packed full of flavor. They are a great place for Indigo guests and guests staying nearby to enjoy a fast full service or to-go breakfast meal. The servers are all friendly and attentive, and the location has quite a number of tables to choose from. The tables are all promptly cleaned and cleared-out as soon as patrons exit the dining area. Our favorites were the chicken and waffles (chipotle aioli was TO DIE FOR), chilaquiles, and the breakfast burrito was huge! All dishes allowed for sharing. Chambers is a great establishment if you are looking for a place to eat and rest your feet away from the crowded restaurants on Harbor.

I’ve stayed at the Hotel Indigo twice and had breakfast at Chambers. The burritos are amazing, as are the churro waffles. And the staff are super friendly and attentive. I would go out of my way to eat breakfast here.

Very nice restaurant inside the Hotel Indigo. Ate here twice on our stay for breakfast and both times the food was very good, service was phenomenal, and the prices are very reasonable. Highly recommended, and Jose is the best!

Well just had a great dinner here. Sat at the bar. Great menu and very reasonable. Steak and lobster and fish tacos! Going for breakfast.

An absolute GEM! So glad we walked into this unassuming brunch spot, which leads into the hotel lobby.Every menu item was made from scratch and absolutely delicious. I had the eggs Benedict, perfectly cooked egg, lovely hollandaise sauce. Our son had a huge pancake, and we also all split a delicious parfait. My vanilla latte was made perfectly (and loved the clear glass). Our server Karen was warm, kind and attentive, as was all the staff. Felt very homey and welcoming from start to finish.Next time we are at Disneyland, we will be stopping in to try more items, as everything coming out looked stellar (especially the Chilaquiles)!A must-try brunch spot if you’re nearby with the family!

The service is great. The omelet and hash brown were edible. Love the outdoor patio area

We were looking for a place for breakfast on our walk to Disneyland. This little gem is in the Indigo Hotel. Jose, our server, welcomed us in and immediately brought us coffee and tea. My husband had the hearty breakfast (2 eggs/hash browns/bacon/toast) and I had the parfait (granola/Greek yogurt/berries). Everything was fresh and delicious. They also have specialty coffees and bloody Mary's. Jose even offered us coffee or tea to-go. Skip the chains and come to this great little breakfast spot.
