good green tea and coffee
Second day visiting this Starbucks for morning coffee. Cashier Lupe doesn’t greet, attitude as if she doesn’t want to be working & just overall rude. Today, I walked up greeted with a hello, she rolled her eyes. I asked if she hated life and asked why she doesn’t greet. She didn’t respond. Your job is purely customer service.
Food and service was good when we were there. But we have been trying to contact this Starbucks, we might have left my 18 year old daughter’s purse there at the outside area. In the purse it had important document and a camera with pictures from our day at Disneyland. The phone number listed is not working. Been trying to contact them and no luck. We just want to know if maybe someone returned it to them. WE JUST NEED A WORKING PHONE NUMBER FOR THIS KIND OF SITUATIONS.

This Starbucks Coffee Company location has a mixed atmosphere. The place smelled more like cleaning chemicals than fresh coffee, and it wasn’t a very inviting atmosphere for sitting down. However, the outside area is the best for enjoying the Cali weather, great for a date, a study session, or just people watch. The location is surprisingly not busy, and they get orders out quickly despite having no drive thru. Drinks are about 15% more at this location, and one drink was completely wrong, but the Barista fixed it right away with a smile. For seating, there isn't much indoors but outdoors you can find more. It is clean and right by the hotels, ideal for anyone near Hyatt Place. Being only 10-15 minutes walking to the Disneyland entrance, it is super convenient and allows bringing drinks into the parks. Mobile ordering is recommended as it is usually busy inside, with no issues and everything on time.
