You can’t mobile order & the like was sooo long. Waited 39 minutes in the like just to order a coffee. If all you are looking for is some caffeine head to the market next door (also in the hotel lobby)
Line can be extremely long if you’re there at the wrong time (Disney and conference attendees). Mobile orders aren’t a thing so you have to wait in the line. The staff are incredibly friendly and moving as fast as they can though. It’s still a good Starbucks experience, just takes a while sometimes.

The line can be 10+ people long and wait times can be 30-45 minutes. Some customers find the wait times to be too long, while others think the staff does a great job getting orders out quickly. The restaurant does not offer mobile orders, which can be inconvenient for some customers. Despite the long lines, the service is great and the staff is enthusiastic and engaging. The coffee is good, but some customers do not think it is worth the long wait. The prices are a tad bit higher than average. The team of baristas works quickly to take orders and make drinks, with some customers receiving their drinks within 5 minutes of ordering. Overall, Starbucks Coffee Company is a busy location that can get crowded, but the staff works hard to serve customers quickly.
