It's probably the worst Starbucks in California. rude uninformed baristas and they close whenever they want. twice I went at 12:30 noon and they're CLOSED. If they're not making a million dollars they close like some mom and pop shop. OPEN YOUR DAMN BUSINESS! Not even 1pm and you're closed. FU.

It’s a Starbucks in name only. They don’t allow you to scan for points / rewards. Even tough there are signs EVERYWHERE telling you to sign up. So they charge 10x and the only benefit you get is mediocre coffee and food.

First and last time going to Starbucks,All I wanted was ham, egg and cheese on baguette But apparently Starbucks doesn’t do egg on a baguette….. what’s so hard about adding an egg to the sandwich that needs to be made.Better off going to Dunkin’ Donuts where you get it the way you want it.This one Starbucks facility has made me never try another one regardless of location.

The workers were pretty nice and I ordered a grande iced blonde vanilla latte with oat milk and cold foam, but they got my order wrong. It was good though, but a lot of the other drinks were watery. For example, the açaí strawberry drink was almost clear, and it wasn't supposed to be. The store is usually very crowded but I went at a time where it only took two minutes to wait in line and five minutes to get my one drink. It was a large Starbucks, and accepted Starbucks gift cards and the account card as well.

Food is definitely price gouged since they are owned by the Hilton and not from the other Starbucks chain across the street and also in Downtown Disney do not go here get your steps in and go somewhere else. I went early in the morning at 5AM for my family to see if the customer service was better it was not. I spent 5-10mins arguing about the sizes on a grande to a venti were and felt like Paul Rudd in Role Models.

This location definitely price gouges on their food. A sausage egg and cheese croissant costs over $9 here, when I could order the same sandwich in downtown Disney for $4.95. Will never come back. It's worth the wait to walk to downtown Disney and save $5 per sandwich.

i visited this starbucks daily while staying at the Hilton Anaheim. I gave them a star for how fast they moved a very long line - they were hyper efficient. However, beyond that, I wasn't happy with my experience. Each day I got the same exact drink and each day it was a different price. No one could explain why, every check out barista insisted they were charging me correctly. On the final day, when my grande misto cost $7 and they did that thing where they basically give you a tall drink with foam on top to turn it into a grande. But the line is so long that you can't go back and ask them to fix it. Paying that much for a small drink is not really my favorite way to start the day!
