Good Lunch and Friendly Service Inside the Anaheim Marriott
This afternoon I had lunch at nFuse Restaurant, Bar & Lounge inside the Anaheim Marriott while I was in town for the 2026 ASSP Convention + Expo. Since the hotel and convention area were busy, I got there before noon hoping to beat the crowd. That turned out to be a good move.

Club sandwich was good but avocado grapefruit salad was a bit lacking. Our server did a good job but she was spread too thin as she was providing both table and pool service. More servers are needed on weekend afternoons. Decent option for a hotel restaurant while time is limited due to travel.

nFuse Restaurant, Bar & Lounge offers a variety of dishes in a relaxed atmosphere. The outside patio is a favorite, providing a view of the pool, and is an inviting space for guests. The halibut and pork chop were both perfectly cooked and very flavorful. The servers are polite and professional. They offer cocktails, especially whisky mixed drinks. The lounge area has high tops and regular seating, and a bar. The food comes out fairly quick. It is a nice place to talk and hear each other comfortably.
The restaurant provides good food, great cocktails, and attentive service. Whether poolside, inside dining, or in the lounge, it's all good. The front lounge area has TVs, pool tables, and comfy seats. The restaurant is huge with multiple seating arrangements, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Guests can try the fresh-made omelettes for breakfast and go for the buffet during lunch. The bar area is spacious and serves the full list of beers, wines, and spirits.
Guests can embrace the sunshine, gorgeous weather, and pool views while dining on the poolside patio. The turkey club and sweet potato fries, which were crispy and well-seasoned, are a simple and satisfying option. Between the relaxed atmosphere, good food, and poolside views, nFuse is a nice option for a casual meal or drink without leaving the hotel.
