Also i feel that the Waitress at the Burlington NJ location is kind and welcoming to me & my husband who are older. We appreciate how she talks about new items to try. I will definitely request her area to sit since she is full time waitress
Dayana did a really great job! She was so sweet and friendly. Service was fast and food was good. Thank you!

IHOP is a welcoming restaurant with friendly and attentive servers, including Edmundo and Emma D, who ensure perfect orders for guests. The food is fresh and good in portion, with highlights such as mozzarella sticks, pancakes, and the "happy hour burger". The kids' meals, including the "happy face pancake" option, are a decent size and everything is delicious for children. While there may be long waits, the staff works hard to make up for it, even accommodating large parties by pushing together multiple tables. With offers like kids eat free after 4pm and ihoppy hour deals, IHOP provides great value for diners of all ages. However, some guests have noted that the time it takes to serve meals can be too long and there may be occasional odors in certain areas. Overall, it remains a great spot to enjoy a meal.
