“I read good reviews so we thought would go and give a try. Well the family and I had fantastic meal. My husband had a goat fish and said was very flavorful and tasty. For the kids (8, 11)we got a mild Lamb Korma and Butter chicken. With these I confirmed that they would be mild enough for the kids. The butter chicken and lamb korma even though was ordered as mild (no spice at all to it) it had an absolutely amazing flavor to it- perfect for kids. Now I have had a lot of butter chicken and hands down this was the best I have ever had. The chicken fried rice we ordered was very tasty as well. Highlight for my husband was the beer from India. He said it was very nice and complimented the food nicely.“

“This was my go to Indian food restaurant in Huntington Beach before being diagnosed with Celiac’s and I was so excited to meet the owner Sal and learn that he and the entire staff are so knowledgeable about the disease and gluten free kitchen practices. Sal’s mom has food allergies and so he has maintained his kitchen with strict gluten free dishes and separate areas for food prep. There are many options on the menu since most Indian food is naturally gluten free. My favorite has always been the Chicken Tikka Masala and Lama Vindaloo, but since the staff always brings out little samples of stuff I now love the Lentil Soup! And testing with my Nima Gluten Detector always shows NO Gluten Detected and I'm good to eat without fear...but I already knew that. Thanks you guys!!! Love love love this place!!!“

“My husband and I where staying at the beach for our Anniversary and the Pocket was right down the street. We walked over got some burgers and drinks . It was really good and the fresh watermelon drink was good . We will back down in June for our 2 nd Anniversary . So see you soon the owners are amazing people try it out.“

“Porky's Pizza is generally pretty good. Their Margarita pizza tasted great. 4.5 stars
I would give Porky's Pizza a solid 4 out of five stars. The service was quick. The staff were friendly.
It is a takeout pizza place so nothing special about the atmosphere. Get your pizza go home and enjoy. I would recommend doing their mozzarella blanket where they cover the entire toppings with mozzarella cheese.“

“One particularly hot night my mom and I searched, “Best Gelato near me” and the top result was Mangiamo! After eating the gelato 3 times in a row, we can definitely say that title is well earned! The Double Chocolate flavor is for sure the best chocolate flavored Gelato in the whole state of California; not to mention it’s totally authentic too! The server is also incredibly kind and pleasant to talk to. Overall, this place is such a phenomenal experience and we would highly recommend it for vacationers and gelato connoisseurs alike!“

“I’ve been coming to Que Vida Tacos HB for over a year since I discovered they were in Beach Blvd in Morhers shopping center. Their food is excellent and their service is exceptional. They are very kind, friendly and always go out of their way for me and as am eating, I notice them asking other tables, how they like their food and if there is anything else they need. I would give more stars, if I could because Que Vida Tacos is bringing back the genuine old school service that is rear to find. Edwin Jess, Big T, everyone is awesome.“

“What a fun surprise to discover this delicious treat in Huntington Beach! My kids used to take me to the Apopka, Florida location and I knew everything was the best.

And this location lived up top those expectations. There was a woman and her kids in front of me, and the scooper was so kind to them, and had a lovely conversation with the mom. He didn't need to, but he genuinely seemed interested and treated them as the most important customers, which I loved watching.

Of course the ice cream was delicious, but hard to choose what to choose. I went with three scoops so I didn't have to!

It has been on my list but it hasn’t come up in quite a while so I forgot about it. We went around 6:15 and were greeted by a vent at the hosts desk. He asked if I had a reservation, and I didn’t because I couldn’t find a place on Yelp or their website to make one. He informed me that I could find it through Google or calling them directly. There was a large party in events room and the rest of the place was packed. He apologized twice that I’d have to wait and I told him I understood. It was literally less than five minutes! Brother, you did NOT have to apologize. We were seated in a booth toward the back and the people that attended to us were Quoc and Christine. Hands down absolutely STELLAR service! They have it down to a rhythm, top notch all the way! And with a packed house AND huge party event going on they were checking in on us often! Now onto the food. I told Christine to please give my kudos to the chef. The food was divine!! I’ve been to NOLA many times and this place is better than some places there! We ordered the Oysters Rockefeller, Mardi Gras Pasta, Shrimp & Grits, the Jambalaya, and the fried bananas for dessert. First off, you only need one entree per person, and tbh you can probably share one and an appetizer. Each dish was insanely delicious. Seasoned and cooked to perfection. And they do not skimp on anything! The number of shrimp they give you is more than ample and they are big! Not only that, the price point is awesome! I could go on and on but I’ll wrap this up so that anyone reading this puts their phone down and rushes over to this place. Roux Seafood Kitchen PLEASE don’t change a thing. What you’re doing is the way it should be done. A master class in service, food creation, and presentation! Well done…well done!“
