“This is my absolute favorite place to eat in Southern California! The flavors and quality of the food & smoothies are the absolute best. Everything I have ever tried is so delicious and healthy! Your body is fueled with such nutritious food that is full of flavor, you won’t be disappointed. I moved to another State and always eat at Vibe whenever I visit. So so good! The Jack fruit tacos are my favorite.Kid-friendliness: My kids love the Jack fruit tacos & the berry waffles!“
“was looking for a dessert place in OC and lo and behold, a italian ice and custard place! my friend and i came around night time and it was fairly busy. there was one man serving and cashiering so understandably there was a small wait. he was so kind and i can tell with every order he was being purposeful with the way he put it together. i ordered the strawberry milkshake and it was sweetness overload in all the right ways. i will say the italian ice itself is not too strong in flavor so i tried to make sure every bite had some custard with it. the place is bright and they have lots of variety of flavors so come and try it out!“
“Excellent service, incredible music, açai and perfect food. I recommend Sao Paulo smoothie with coxinha and beef empanada ❤️Vegetarian options: Except chicken coxinha and beef empanadas, everything is vegetarianParking: There is a big parking lot there“
“I don't even like ice cream, it's one of my least favorite desserts. But you know what? I was HUMBLED. Stella Jean is THAT girl!!! Not to be the person that's like "sweet but not too sweet", but the ice cream here is truly that. I tried the Ube Pandesal, Mango Sticky Rice, and seasonal Earl Grey Tea Cake, and they all popped off. Rich, creamy, fun (you get the pandesal and rice element in the respective flavors) -- but without being grossly saccharine. We stan Stella!!!“
“This place is amazing!! So beautiful and cozy. The food is delicious, the wine, the music, the vibe and atmosphere!! Gustavo is a sweetheart. Suggested recommendations, and went out of his way to make us feel fantastic! He went above and beyond to attend to my friend and I. Amber is also very sweet and attentive. My favorite spot from now on. The Tres muchachos, (owners) are very hands on and catering. I strongly recommend this spot to anyone! Beautiful for hosting events too. ??“
“Loved stumbling upon this vegan burger joint, especially with McD’s right across the street it was nice to see a veg competitor. They specialize in Impossible-patty burgers dressed up every way imaginable. The quality is superb, bread is perfectly fluffy, fries are crispy and soft on the inside, sauces taste much more gourmet than typical condiments you’d find. The chicken and fish patties are made with Gardein brand soy-proteins. They are stylized like a fast food joint with kiosk ordering and open seating inside. A burger, side and fries cost $26. If you don’t mind paying a premium for a vegan version of classic burger and fast food, this is a great option!Vegetarian options: All vegan everything“
“Amazing service - baristas always offer great recommendations. They often have seasonal drinks on rotation so I typically get a different iced latte every time I'm here. Plenty of tables to sit down and work or read. Drinks never disappoint!“
“If you're looking for a local fun place to release your creative juices with family, friends or coworkers this is your place! Karen is the owner. She is an artist, wine maker and instructor! This place is clean, adorable and so accommodating! I had a group of about 10+ ladies come for a mixer and this space was perfect for us! It can absolutely accommodate more than 10. They truly go above and beyond service. Highly highly recommend!“
“Came here with some friends and had the best time. The margaritas were great, toasted coconut was out of this world. My favorite are the ribeye and the shrimp taco! Chef is great and came out to talk to my fitness and I, can't wait to come back! This spot doesn't disappoint!“
“We absolutely love this place. Always have a great time, everyone seems like family, especially the 4 legged family members! Both Brian’s, Hector & the rest of the staff are super friendly and very welcoming. Food trucks are amazing, merchandise is great quality, beer is top notch! Something on tap for everyone. Our usual weekend hangout and it never disappoints.“
“Take out or delivery...same great taste for past 30yrsVegetarian options: Can't do it for you...customize it yourself...easy to do !!Parking: Small strip mall, next door to 7 eleven...corner of 17th and Irvine...tight parking...bit wild fork doesn't mind using theirs...“
“The donuts here are truly delightful--fresh and delicious. Specifically, the huckleberry donut is exceptional--perfectly fresh and bursting with flavor. Additionally, the basil eggs Benedict is simply outstanding. Both are highlights of the menu here.“
“BOil and bakeOh, you make me quakeWas this an orange county bagel? I don't think it was a mistake. Oh yeah, bagels are pretty good Especially for this part of the neighborhood A chewy brass knuckle it's not But texture and flavor as what it's got I like the bagel with flavor of pepper Some lox and cream cheese With a little bit of coffee Makes me a high stepper! Definitely better than most bagels in the area But that level of cream cheese on top is it gonna scare ya!Wish you had refills on coffee It's not like it's so expensive And it's good karma When I have it with my toffyThis place saves me a trip to LA When I want a better bagel any day.“
“A must visit! The milkshakes are to die for and the vibes are cute and cozy. A perfect date night or hangout with friends. They even have vegan ice cream substitutes, games, and serve beer and wine! We just moved to the area last year and passed by this place so many time, so glad we decided to stop in.Vegetarian options: Vegan substitutions available!“
“We’ve been coming to Side Street Cafe for 20+ years, and it never disappoints. It’s fun to see how many regulars they have. We got the stuffed French toast and an egg scramble with toast, and it was as good as always. Staff is super friendly! It’s always hopping busy, so plan your time accordingly!Parking: There’s a small parking lot right in front and more free parking at the city park just across the street“
“Easy 5 star!!! Twas my first time trying açaí bowl here and I’m so glad I did it!!The staffs were friendly and professionally served our delicious bowl sweets! We got açaí blue bowl with chia pudding, chocolate chia, strawberries ? , blueberries , bananas ?, roasted coconut ? flakes, almond crunch, almond butter and pumpkin ? seeds! Twas absolutely delicious and the sweetness was perfect to me! :)Keep up the great work!“
“Wow, small but powerful, very tasty and large portion. The falafel were very crispy and tender, very traditional flavor. The tahini and other sauces very well done. The chicken Shawarma bowl was huge, not traditional shaved Shawarma, but very good nonetheless. All in all, a very nice addition to the lab, and a worthwhile place to stop for Mediterranean type food.“
“Our new favorite place in Irvine! We ordered soup and delicious sandwich combo that came with herb tossed chips!, crispy shaved (and fried crispy) Brussels sprouts Bánh mì with bright assortment of onion, cilantro, cucumber, etc, and Face plant sandwich packed with mounds of sprouts, avocado, and other really fresh veggies, celebrating the freshness and the flavor of plant based ingredients. Really looking forward to our next time and explore other items.“
“This is a Peruvian restaurant with passion and execution. It merits a Michelin Bib Gourmand! The food is nothing short of astounding! This is from a New Yorker who has spent time in Peru and loves that cuisine. They have really recreated true Peruvian dishes with just the right mix of spices and really fresh fish and seafood. I could have been dining at a fine restaurant in Cuzco!! The Branzino scallop clam and shrimp mage with jasmine rice and spicy cilantro tomato broth was otherworldly! And the classic ceviche was just that, classic. The Barman was a genius with the Pisco Sour and the wines by the glass were good accompaniments to the food. My hope is that with more people discovering Costa, it may find a somewhat larger spot, and expand the wine by the glass choices. But I haven't had a more authentic and brilliantly prepared Peruvian meal outside the Sacred Valley!! A must go!!“
“Got the Tokyo Mazeman regular everything (garlic, etc) and it was AMAZING. Glad they gave rice for the end because I wanted to soak up the leftover sauce and chives. Also, adding their house vinegar really makes the mazeman and cuts into the oils of the sauce - highly recommend. The regular Tokyo version has a small kick, so I also had their draft Asahi to make the experience just right.Vegetarian options: There's a separate section for vegetarian and vegan optionsParking: Parking is easy in the plaza“
“This place has amazing vegan food!! My girlfriend and I always stop by whenever we are in the area. The nachos and tacos are our personal favorites! The location is also perfect because right after you finish eating you can explore the little shops around and digest a bit. The staff is also very nice and who doesn’t love that? Highly recommend!“
“Cute Coffee Shop located in Costa Mesa off of Adams and Harbor Blvd Clean and plenty of room for sitting. I ordered the Honey Lavender iced latte as I had the same drink a few days before at Starbucks which rated like something crated in a lab (not a good thing) so I was still craving a decent lavender drink and saw The Caffeine Club offered it on their menu. The barista was nice and had my drink made in a short time. I was not disappointed as it was delicious and not overly sweet or flavored. It was exactly what I was looking for to satisfy that Lavender craving. Thank you Caffeine Club for a delicious drink.“
“this place is amazing from food to the staff. You cannot go wrong with any of their burgers or one of their salads. The drinks are amazing and the staff is super friendly every time I'm here the waiter or waitress is so sweet literally every time“
“I had dinner here for the first time and I was not disappointed. The atmosphere was great, food was amazing but the service was top notch. I really do enjoy when the feel of a restaurant makes you feel like you're in a different place. Can't wait for my next visit!“
“This review is already posted on Yelp, but I wanted to share it here too:This place offers a solid (hot or cold) vanilla latte. I usually order mine with oat milk. But my absolute favorite drink here is the The Nook Way. It's a cold brew with chicory, hazelnut syrup, and oat milk. I feel it's a nailed perfection of flavors.I did try the iced Spanish latte, but it wasn't for me. The cinnamon was too overpowering in the drink that it eclipsed the other flavors. I do believe there's an option to tell them to leave out the cinnamon though.Service is hit or miss in terms of friendliness. I have encountered welcoming and cheery vibes about 50% of the time. I think the gentleman with the baseball cap is usually friendly, as is the other gentleman with longer, slightly wavy hair. But the shop is always lightening fast at making drinks compared to other coffee shops, so I won't nitpick too much on friendly service.Space: it's small, so don't expect to sit here for conversations with friends, or to study. There are some limited seats inside, but it's more for waiting for your order.I am also sad they disabled the ability to do online orders or to call in to place a phone order. I'm guessing the traffic for the small space of their shop could be why they're no longer doing online orders because the online ordered drinks could just overtake the counter space.Parking here can be a pain in the butt, so I've yet to figure out a secret to getting parking. I solely go for coffee in this plaza and wished there was a spot for 10 minute parking to get in and out.Overall, I appreciate the quality drinks at Nook and find myself coming back several times a week.“
“We were heading out of town and wanted a quick breakfast that was not fast food. We shared the Crocker Classic breakfast and there was more than enough for 2 people. Loved the potatoes. The cafe is very cute inside and outside; only 2 tables inside but many more outdoors. Onsite parking is limited but you can park in the neighborhood or just ride your bike/e-bike here. We didn't order anything from the bakery but everything in the case looked delicious and tempting!“
“Ordered the two specials they have on that day. The first dish which is biscuits with gravy was amazing. You can choose your choice of protein (bacon, sausage, or chorizo) and we went with sausage. First of all, the biscuits were flaky, crumbly, and moist; topped with creamy gravy that had cubed bacon in it. I’m hoping that they will add their biscuits to their permanent menu. The second special dish is similar to one of their regular menu, the only diff is the protein that comes with it. This special comes with chorizo; meanwhile, the regular southern eggs benedict comes with grilled corned beef. The combination of chorizo, brioche, crispy potato cakes, poached eggs, and chipotle hollandaise was fabulous.“
“just a passing visitor, I found this coffee shop within walking distance of where I was staying. based on the menu and pricing looked like a good place to get a cup of coffee for a decent price. I arrived in the atmosphere, was very welcoming, and a perfect spot to work remotely. I ordered a 8 ounce cup of black coffee. Their drip coffee is medium roast but one of the blends is lighter than the other and I enjoyed that. I also ordered a eggs Florentine burrito and switched out the spinach for potatoes. Salsa was excellent with the burrito, they offer free Wi-Fi and have outlets to charge your laptop along the walls if you are able to snag a spot. I worked and stayed at Hola Adios, for about 2 1/2 hours and left before they closed. The staff was very welcoming and nice and even gave me a free refill of my coffee before I left, I think that was because they were closing soon. highly recommend this coffee shop for coffee at a great price or alternatively, a nice spot to work remotely from. They have great music and a great staff. I wish bathroom door wasn’t fog glass, but a very nice aesthetic and atmosphere. highly recommend hole in the wall.“
“I used to go here all the time when I lived in Costa Mesa and I still think about their almond blend smoothie ? Their staff is kind and their drinks are consistently delicious and filling!Vegetarian options: You can substitute whey protein for plant based and they have non-dairy milk as well!“
“I stumbled upon Three-13 Bar quite serendipitously, post-haircut, and what a delightful discovery it was! Nestled off West 19th Street, this gem is part of a vibrant row dedicated to nightlife and entertainment. Upon entering, I was greeted by the comfortable buzz of a busy bar, not overwhelming but just lively enough. Shannon, the owner, was manning the bar and her welcoming presence added to the overall good vibes. The place is well-laid out with large wall booths and high tables, perfect for groups or solo visitors like me. A key feature for any sports enthusiast is the multiple TVs showcasing various sports, ensuring you don't miss out on any action. Moreover, the music set the tone - all thanks to an on-demand jukebox that lets patrons be the DJ. An unexpected highlight of my visit was crossing paths with a group celebrating a birthday. Their infectious joy and camaraderie were contagious, and they kindly brought me into their fold, turning a solo drink into a mini-celebration. I ventured in during the mid-afternoon, so the nighttime vibe remains a mystery. However, based on this experience, I'm eager to return with friends and uncover what Three-13 Bar has to offer as the night unfolds. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a laid-back spot with great energy and a sense of community. Whether you're a local or just passing through, Three-13 is definitely worth a visit!“
“Very dependable, I like to go between lunch and dinner in order to miss the rush, it's understandably popular, the combo with chile relleno and cheese enchilada with tomatillo sauce is my favorite. Friendly bar service, and the owner/manager is very personable and friendly.Vegetarian options: Combo with cheese enchilada/tomatillo sauce and chili relleno is very good.Parking: I prefer to go between lunch and dinner to avoid the crowds and struggle with parking.Wheelchair accessibility: They have a section for handicap parking.“
“This place is sooo good , everything has so much flavor I fell in love with the pickles and I hardly even eat pickles . The chicken is so tasty and the fries. The customer service is also really good . This is one of the best hot chicken spots I’ve ever tried I will definitely go back .“
“This place definitely satisfied my acai smoothie craving! I was in the mood for something refreshing after my workout and saw this place nearby. It's located inside this indoor market with a bunch of different shops. It's a self-order place with no cashier (at least when I went) which was convenient and quick! the person that handed me my order was super nice! At first i felt skeptical about the price since its $10 for a smoothie, but I was pleasantly surprised with how much they give you. It was a HUGE portion- I ended up sharing it with partner and it was a good amount for the both of us. The flavor was great and I could tell they use fresh ingredients. Overall, I would come back to this place if I was in the area!“
“Fantastic vibes, clean interior, exceptional service.Their bagels are really good (coming from a NY native) and the cream cheese is fantastic not sure the brand.Espresso is bold and smooth with a bit of a bite. The outside area is really pretty and a great place to sit and relax during a break or sunny afternoon.“
“I recently had the pleasure of visiting Moongoat Coffee, and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience! From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service that truly made me feel welcome. The star of the show, of course, was the coffee. I ordered both the Coffee Latte and the Churro Latte, and they were nothing short of exceptional. The Coffee Latte had a rich and smooth flavor, perfectly balanced with just the right amount of espresso and steamed milk. It was a comforting and invigorating start to my day. Now, let's talk about the Churro Latte. Oh, my taste buds were in heaven! The combination of the aromatic coffee and the delectable hints of cinnamon and caramel made for a truly unique and indulgent experience. It felt like sipping on a churro in liquid form! I couldn't get enough of it.Beyond the incredible beverages, the atmosphere at Moongoat Coffee was cozy and inviting, with comfortable seating arrangements and a pleasant ambiance. It was the perfect spot to relax, catch up with a friend, or simply enjoy some quality "me" time. What truly sets Moongoat Coffee apart, though, is the exceptional service provided by the staff. The baristas were friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about their craft. They took the time to explain the menu, answer all my questions, and even offered recommendations based on my preferences. Their attention to detail and genuine enthusiasm for their work made the entire experience that much more enjoyable.I highly recommend paying a visit to Moongoat Coffee. Whether you're a coffee aficionado or simply looking for a cozy spot to unwind, this place has it all. With their outstanding service, delicious coffee options like the Coffee Latte and Churro Latte, and inviting ambiance, Moongoat Coffee is a hidden gem that deserves all the recognition. I can't wait to return for another exceptional cup of coffee!“
“The drink was really good. The space was odd being located next to two other cafes. Just like other mainstream boba shops, starting to see the trend of self automated ordering rather than talking to a person which I find out of place in a location like the SOCO mix where they make it feel more personable and small business friendly. The drink came out good and definitely more of a quick grab and go spot, but have to find their spot first. Worth trying if your around.“
“Just finished breakfast and all I can say is wow! From the service and attention to the deliciousness of the food. This is a must for sure!We were worried we wouldn't find something for the kids after scanning the menu and the waiter was quick to give us a ton of options, all of which the kids devoured. Would definitely recommend, especially since we didn't have to wait for a table of 7 mid-morning on a Saturday.“
“At Moulin, I ordered the almond croissant, Mille-feuille, and a cappuccino. The croissant was 5/5! Very airy and crispy with a good amount of almond filling. The Mille-feuille cream filling was too sweet for my liking but the pastry part was very crispy and nice. The cappuccino came with a little piece of dark chocolate which was a sweet touch. This cafe is sort of hidden in a small outdoor plaza with a number of home decor stores, a couple restaurants, and little shops amongst a business area. I like the location as it's not crowded and has a number of outdoor seating, there was a live performer on the Saturday I went too! There is plenty of parking.“
“Such a great hole in the wall pizza place. The owners were so kind and the pizzas were even better! We ordered the Thomas and the Nico. Thomas tasted like an upscale deconstructed pasta and the Nico was so decadent with all the herb flavors blending nicely. Saw one comment that the pizzas are oily and lack of cheese, but that’s clearly intentional given the price point and high end ingredients. The olive oil they sprinkle on the pizza is perfect for dipping your flaky crust.“
“I just had a potpie from Pop pies Co. and wow! I had the traditional chicken potpie and it was delicious. The chicken was so tender, the veggie portion was great and the flavors were out of this world. I am not much of a pie person but this was more delicious than I thought it would be!“
“Breakfast quesadilla, huevos rancheros and the early riser sandwich… all delicious! Different options for the different moods of your belly. Very casual and super friendly. Order at the counter and they bring it to your table. Indoor and outdoor seating. Good drip coffee. No question, would come here again“
“Off the charts amazing. This food was worth the wait. You know when you order and in this day and age you expect everything immediately. If it takes more than 10 mins, you throw a little fit. This is worth the wait. I would wait forever. This pasta is like ambrosia from the heavens. The bread and pesto precursor is perfect and addictive. However, there has never been such incredible pasta. I cherish my burps today because they remind me of the dinner last night. Chicken was hands down most flavorful and juicy we’ve ever had. We had to circle around the block because we missed the entrance which is easily overlooked by the dozens of little entrances adjacent. You can tell it’s a family atmosphere. You get old world vibes. We’re just sad they only do gnocchi once a month! We’ll be back 5/29!“
“I ordered the Righteous Reuben and the Beach Bites. I must say that the Righteous Ruben was absolutely delicious. The Beach Bites was also a good pick I really enjoyed my food and I definitely recommend this place if you are craving some tasty pastrami.“
“It was Taco Tuesday so this restaurant had a deal for 2 tacos for $6.50. With so many different tacos, we ordered 4 orders of tacos and an order of corn quesadilla. We tried the al pastor, fish, asada, chicken (x2), carnitas, cauliflower and chorizo tacos. We ordered take out to try the food at home. Since we have never had those taco in their meat versions before, we really couldn't tell which taco was which. They were all delicious though, some more spicy than others. I didn't like the quesadilla because I am not a big fan of cheese, vegan or not, and it was stuffed with cheese. My husband and son enjoyed those though. I am impressed with all the different vegan meats used by this restaurant.“
“I've been visiting this spot since they opened. Their food is delicious, well-made, and of course. Healthy. I get different variations of the avocado toast along with the healthy veggies sandwich. I absolutely love their almond butter smoothie. Their natural juices are also tasty. My boyfriend loves ordering chicken and turkey sandwiches from here, as well. The service is attentive and very polite. No complaints. The owner is sometimes at the shop, and he's very knowledgeable on any of the food items. The tables are always clean. I also like that they play so jazz and pop music to add character to the ambiance. Definitely a 5/5 star rating. Happy camper!Vegetarian options: They have a wide variety of options for the healthy conscientious.“
“The avocado toast here is the best I’ve ever had and they use very good coffee beans. Vibe is laid back and the baristas were super friendly. Parking is a nightmare, lot is very small but it’s worth parking a block down and walking for.“
“Best vegan burritos and tacos I’ve had by far. The staff is great as well. I recommend the Cali burrito and the chile rellenos (when they have it). I hope to see this place stick around for years to come.Vegetarian options: Menu is entirely vegan.Kid-friendliness: Casual dining setting with a decently sized outdoor patio easily accommodates kids.“
“The cheese selection is always great. I tried the smoked Gouda and honey grilled cheese with prosciutto, it was amazing!!! The cheese and mustard dipping sauce was to die for. The best grilled cheese I’ve ever had. I hope they keep this on the menu.“
“Love this place ! The service was amazing and the food , mamma Mia soooo good , authentic Lebanese food , the environment inside the dinning room is so romantic and calm , really well designed, they have heaters everywhere so you never will be cold here , see you soon guys and thx for this nice Lebanese “
“Beautiful cute little restaurant. The owner is from France and very proud. He is very sweet. Could not recommend this place more. The food was delicious. If we lived here, we would be regulars. Everyone should come support this amazing restaurant.Vegetarian options: Amazing options great place“
