Birrieria Guadalajara Reviews
Amazing birria. Bought a taco plate to share with friends as a snack. The mild salsa is very flavorful. The lime, cilantro, and onion make a huge difference in flavor, makes it feel less greasy. Every dish is made with super flavorful and tender stewed beef. The price is reasonable for a filling meal.My favorite dish is the quesabirria; your mouth will be happy but your stomach may feel sluggish if you don't eat oily (flavorful!!) food regularly.
The place is very clean and the food is very delicious. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because the Ramen dish had a low-quality Noddle (Microwave Current hahahahaha) the Birria was out of this world, super delicious, I didn't like it. I would have imagined it with a high caliber noddle. I recommend you go to the Noddles distributors in the city of El Monte where all the Chinitos are located to stock up on a good Noddle so that that dish has its 5 Michelin Stars

We had the Triple Tacos and the Quesobirria. Both delicious! Order something that comes with the Consume and dip your tacos for the full experience. We tried both the hot and mild salsas. The hot has a good kick but also nice flavor, the mild is tasty with just a touch of heat. Tacos come with chopped onion and cilantro, and lime wedges so you can garnish with your preferred toppings. Will definitely visit again.
